HP sent wrong cartridge
submitted the model of my HP printer and was sent the wrong cartridge. I assumed ordering directly fromHP would be my best option.
I contacted them several times regarding the PPP error and never received a response .

Defective Cartridge- I am out of luck (and ink)
The cartridge i received was defective and wouldn't work in my printer despite it being identical to my old one. Customer service was worthless. I will be ditching this printer and getting one from a different manufacturer.

Unable to use print cartridge until empty.
The only issue I have for your recycled cartridges is that it loses print quality and depth of printing while the Printer and HP Print and Scan Doctor show sufficient supply of ink remaining. Applies to both Black and Color Cartridges. Not good.

Best ink, best printers
I have loved hp printers for 20yrs. I am still using a envy 120. I purchased a deskjet4100, because the envy no longer scans or copies.
I tried the insta ink, but found it hampered the printer. I don't print enough to use it. I hope I'm still able to purchase ink online.
I would recommend hp printers, but insta ink is not for me.

Good product, but not needed.
I was buying HP 60 Black cartridges last 10 years, but my old printer broke and I cannot use HP 60 cartridges any more. By this reason I returned last HP 60. But I still didn't get credit for it. Shame on you my HP friends!

I bought this ink cartridge about a month ago and it is working fine, but the reason I had to purchase it (as I do not print a lot) was because the previous cartridge did not work properly and I had to remove it with almost a full cartridge and return it. I felt I should be entitled to a new cartridge at no charge. The faulty one is on it's way back to you.

I have been using HP 60 black and color ink for my home HP printer. The print quality is good, however, over the years, I find the ink cartridges to be inconsistent in how long they last/how many pages they print. I don't print that often either.
