Expensive
The cartridge does not last as long as I would like. The cartridge is expensive. HP now has the ability to cut off the user if a cartridge subscription lapses. While this is not true for my older printer, it applies to our newer HP printer. This is an unfair business practice. Our next printer will NOT be HP

Easy order but protective packaging should be better!
Easy to order and came in mail two days later. My only concern was packaging could have bey sturdier. Inside my boxed HP cartridge was partially crushed. Fortunately, the actual cartridge was in damaged. Maybe put bubble wrap around it?

Don't order from HP
Ink is ink. The ink is fine. Ordering from HP is a BIG mistake. Delivery took forever and ultimately came through USPS which is a huge mistake. The enevelopes the ink was in were damaged and the ink packages crushed and opened.

First I talked to someone in the ink department and they said that they didn’t make it anymore. He switch me to the service desk and the guy was good he help me, but first he sent me the wrong one and I called back he sent the right one also he refunded my mony.

HP 564xl cartridges are great!
I feel confident in purchasing authentic HP brand inks for our two old HP Deskjet 3520 printers. It's nice having the same cartridge for both printers. I feel we get the most for our money with the 564xl inks cartridges and possibly the newer printers cost more to print with.

Poor product, no help
This 564XL didn't work out of the box. I've run all recommended diagnostics. I've spoken to HP Support, and they are unwilling to replace the cartridge. Bottom line is that I wasted my money.

Disappointed
I installed my cartridges the day I got them. The first time I used them was great. The next time the black ink was barely visible. I did a cleaning of my print head and it was better. After a couple of more uses the same thing happened. I have had to clean the printheads so many time to try to get the ink working that my brand new color cartridges are almost empty after maybe 50 pages of print. Very disappointed.

Faulty cartridge
When I pulled the orange tab to open the packaging on the cartridge the ink poured out. All over my hands and on the top of my wood file cabinet. the blue packaging was still on the cartridge. I called HP and the person said she would send me a new one. I submitted pictures of what happened.

Does it fit HP 5560 HP Envy all in one printer
The 564 was not designed for the ENVY units and works with a few older Deskjet, Officejet, and Photosmart models. Most ENVY models use two cartridge setups. The ENVY 5660 uses the 62 standard and/or 62XL cartridges.

I have a hp photosmart 7515 printer which contains 5 cartridges. I am trying to replace the smaller black cartridge only but cant seem to find it at any store. There are 2 black cartridges. The smaller black cartridge usually comes in the tri pack.

We have purchased 564XL (or at least I thought I did) at Walmart and found that it doesn't fit my printer. Are there multiple 564 XL options? I don't want to purchase direct from HP if it doesn't work with HP25867A (HP Photosmart Plus B210 series).
There are two different types of 564XL black cartridges. One is in a red box, that is the photo black XL cartridge. That is not a cartridge used by the Photosmart Plus B210. If you bought the green box 564XL and that does not fit, then there could potentially be another issue.

Will this work with my HP2320?
Thank you for your question! Please confirm the model number of your printer. When searching with the provided information an HP DeskJet 2320 is what comes up. The DeskJet 2320 uses the HP 305 ink as this printer is from England. Those cartridges will not be for purchase from the HP US store. If this is indeed the printer you have please contact HP Support for assistance in getting the proper cartridges. If this is not the printer please resubmit the question with the full model including the make of the printer and this question will be answered as quickly as possible.
