Hewlett Packard is a company I trust for their products. I was originally purchasing my cartridges from another retailer, but they frequently seemed to have defective items. Since I started ordering directly from Hewlett Packard, I have not experienced any issues with my ink cartridges.

black toner
The black toner that is so diluted it will not make a dark print unless you "bold" it. It makes a light almost "feathery light" print regardless of the printer setting. Will not be ordering from HP again.

No Help from HP toners, Win 11, & printer - have bought 7 PCs & many printers for me & my business.
I called HP to help me reconnect my ho color laser as Hp disconnected my hp all in one from my printer - they wouldn’t help and wanted to charge me $35 to help. Even though I pay a lot of money for decades for HP monthly SMART support. Just wasted thousands for a service that doesn’t work! Why was I paying so much for nothing? JM

Why or you trying to corner the markey. It is cheeper to buy a new printer when I need toner. They installing a mother brand of toner and it was regeced I am reporting you and I do lover your printer. I have a 1200 i have had for 25 years I have had one service on it. I plan to never get rid of it.
I worked for IBM for 30 years from "65 to '95. the next printer I buy will not be an HP ever if it is a better product. I will not pay for toner outrageous prices again

Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP 414X toners are high-yield toners that will last longer than the HP 414A toners. For the high-yield toners, HP 414X black is approximately 7,500 pages. The three colors will last approximately 6,000 pages for each toner. The regular toner, HP 414A black is approximately 2,400 pages. The three colors, HP 414A, will last approximately 2,100 pages for each toner.
