After several phone conversation over the last year or more, I purchase this product and call in due to continuing connection issues. The assistant final configured my system to resolve the problem. I just find is strange that be past assistance were unable to do what she did prior to me buying additional products.

The small ink cartridge that came with it ran out within the first day, and I had to wait over a week to get new ones. It has had several instances where it will not connect to the wifi, the computer, or both. If it weren't for the free HP Ink, it would not get 3 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bob RR from HP Care Pack Customer Service. 2 days after I paid for the Care Pack I was notified by HP that I could not have the plan so the terminated the plan. The reason they gave was because it would last longer than they would have parts for my printer as it was a 4 year plan. However they did not offer me a 2 or even a 1 year plan which would have ended before they stopped having the pats. It is a joke that nobody at HP had the common sense to see the solution.

I have fresh ink cartridges in my ENVY 6455e printer but it is not printing. The error icon is lit but I can't fix it. What to do?

What is available to me for support if I just took the printer out of the box and set it up but it was bought in September of 2022. It will print in black and white but not in color. When asked for color I get shades of yellow and orange but not any blues
