Waste of time
Placed order for 4 year extension for printer. Even spoke with a HP rep only to be informed via email that device was not eligible to have this service.

Tech assistance for over a year.
It took me until the day I purchased this product to get my connection issued resolved. After several phone conversation over the last year or more, I purchase this product and call in due to continuing connection issues. The assistant final configured my system to resolve the problem. I just find is strange that be past assistance were unable to do what she did prior to me buying additional products.

Stopped printing cyan and yellow a week after the warranty went out. Purchasing an extended warranty and getting help has taken weeks. Things, especially expensive things, should last longer! Quit with the scheduled obliessence

So many problems, so little time.
I've had to call HP tech services several times to "fix" whatever is going wrong with this printer. The small ink cartridge that came with it ran out within the first day, and I had to wait over a week to get new ones. It has had several instances where it will not connect to the wifi, the computer, or both. If it weren't for the free HP Ink, it would not get 3 stars.

HP Care Pack Customer Service.
2 days after I paid for the Care Pack I was notified by HP that I could not have the plan so the terminated the plan. The reason they gave was because it would last longer than they would have parts for my printer as it was a 4 year plan. However they did not offer me a 2 or even a 1 year plan which would have ended before they stopped having the pats. It is a joke that nobody at HP had the common sense to see the solution.

printer held up in the queue
A few times the print was held up in the queue for some reason. I pressed the solution button and after a few tries and deleting the print job, it worked again but this is a semi recurring problem

Works fine, but less amenities than previous model
Works ok, but not as nice as the 4650, which had automatic page catcher and easy-to-read adjustments for printing darker, ink levels, etc.

getting to work after i had it for over 2+ weeks
your tech support was very ineffective. we spent over 23 hours on the phone and they took my computer. never got it to work. i went out and got a usb cable and about hour later it starter to print.

Wow
It was so easy to set up! Put in paper, install the ink. Everything was done from my mobile. My history came right over and I install Wifi and other info in my phone! Amazing!

Disappointed So Far
Support person had difficult time setting it up, dealing with legacy software from prior HP printer. Eventually got it going, partly on my own after support person disconnected.
