Anytime I try to print from an app. I have to hit the power button to “wake up the printer”, then have to go into SmartPrint and select the printer so it gets both check-marks. Then go back into the original print screen, select the printer, and print what I need to. This last time even all that didn’t work. I got “the printer is offline”. I went to the printer and all the lights were flashing. When I selected the power button all the lights went off & I couldn’t get any to come back on. I unplugged it for 30 seconds & turned it back on. Nothing came on for a while & I thought I was going to have to call support. Finally it made some noises, then in a while the correct lights came on & it started printing. But it printed 4 copies instead of the 2 I asked for. I don’t know what happened to it, it’s always a mystery & I have to keep trying different things to get it to print.

For a very reasonable price, I now am assured that I will have a working printer for the next several years, and this is in addition to the months of free ink, and the automatic ink deliveries once the free ink offer completes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Margie D from Good Option. It is a good deal for the price (I paid $28.00 during my buying the printer with an agent over the phone, which I highly recommend). However, pay attention when they present the offers as it could be confusing if not explained correctly. The plan includes the 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty, plus 3 years warranty. Great that if the problem cannot be fixed they will replace your printer w/o cost.

So I try and reset everything and my ink gets used up then I have to buy more which is rediculous! I spend more time printing these pages than I do photos it's malfunction is in alled for and I want a new printer this is outrageous please help asap
