For example, nothing shoes where to feed the "original" when doing a copy operation. One 8x11 sheet of paper describing the control buttons is all that came with it. Evidently you are relying on the "HP Smart" AP for everything and it very confusing!

After she consulted with her team, we tried again, nothing. Then I was told I would have someone call me. So here I sit with an old printer (HP also) that just got old and used up. It prints black and white beautifully but no color. I'm kind of disappointed but I still would buy HP products. They are good but this one particular item must be a lemon.

Unfortunately we have yet to have one that lasts more than a year before printing issues begin. We paid for the three year protection plan and are hopeful that this unit will actually last at least that long.

I need a device to handle significant printing. When I received my printer, I was shocked that it was such a tiny, frail item. I've been even more dismayed that it's not interfacing with my WiFi or my laptop. I have an ASUS laptop; maybe connecting is more difficult. I want to return it, but HP's policy and procedure for that is so difficult that I'm just giving up. This will likely be my last HP purchase.

The set up to my laptop- using HP help was horrific-spent over TWO hours on phone with HP tech-who I even let have control of my computer-and ended up with NO solution and being disconnected. I finally spent another hour and figured it out on my own! The ink did not come on time so I ran out of ink-when I checked HP website for tracking-it said was ʻdelayedʻ. Finally came and I am printing. Wish that HP would STOOP charging as pages the required ʻtestsʻ you have to run each time a new ink cartridge is installed.

Yes, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, HP will replace the defective product or the customer-replaceable part with a product or part that is new or equivalent to new in performance. The replaced product or part must be returned within the specified timeframe and becomes the property of HP. The price on the product page will be the price for the entire 3-years of protection. The 3-year Next Business Day Advance Exchange support for Deskjet printers must be purchased during the original HP warranty period.
