Didn't work, no support
When I installed the new cartridge, the printer spent a long time in "initialization" and then stated that the cartridge was used. It couldn't determine how much ink it had. I searched all of the help topics at hp.com support but couldn't find a solution that resolved this. I wrote to HP customer support, and never received a response.

I have been buying laserjet ink cartridges from HP for over 20 years. They are always delivered quickly and I have never had a problem with them. I think they last a long time. I return used cartridges for recycle.

Pretty Fast!
Laser Jet cartridge was packed and protected very well - packing and shipping was a little slow. Kudos to HP for providing prepaid UPS labels for sending the old cartridge back for recycling - I would offer that is a great start, but for UPS to be expecting me to pay $13.60 for a pick up is ridiculous.

It's toner and it works and it got here in a day. Not worth buying the cheap stuff in my experience. The first time the generic stuff worked, but the second time it didn't and I spent a lot of time thinking something was wrong with my printer. Plus the delivery from hp is stunningly fast and free.

The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty cartridge be present to work at all.
