Rated 5 out of 5 by Wrikgee from A Necessary / Great Purchase for Your New Computer I haven't had a chance to use this warranty, but if it is like my previous one for the last PC that I got from HP, I is an excellent and necessary purchase for your computer. There are HP support reps. ready and waiting for you to call and assist you if you have any problems or questions with your computer. And make sure that you get the full protection plan and ask about which one you get before you buy it, because this one covers spills, drops, and mostly any issue your computer has until the warranty ends. If you look into which plan you are buying before you get it, you will see that this is a very good plan and very necessary, because your purchase most likely was not cheap, and protecting it is necessary. I give this as many stars as rhey have and would give more if it allowed me to.

This newest computer would have been a real problem without the Smart Friend Support to get it up and running. I am still struggling to understand all the changes between my my Envy Laptop from 2016 to this HP Pavilion All In One with Windows 11 and new Office Software and Apps! I am 85 an can not retain all the new new features. I could save Smart Friend lots of time if it were possible to send the agent who helped me buy the System or the one who helped me get the system running a text message or email so I do not need to explain what I forgot after he hung up all over again!

After complaining they agreed to send someone out to replace a part. Since that didn't work they require me to send the PC in for repair. I would not call that on site service.

It should start, date you receive product! (My case, expected delivery date is approximately June 18th Or Later...and will probably be delayed due to Virus and/or Riots or even China situation. Shame On HP For Doing This To Hard Working Customers, Spending Their Hard Earned Money Just To Shorten Their Warranty/Protection Plan!!! Greed!!!

Not sure how good stuff like this is since I've always purchased it but NEVER had to use it, but I guess one is "scared" into buying it when you spend a lot of money on a product! How do you rate something that you haven't even used or even KNOW if the company will follow through with coverage???!!! Silly to ask for rating on a piece of paper!

The smaller keyboard allows me to type faster. Just everything works so much better than I've ever had before. More incredible functions than I can mention here. This is technology with the greatest improvement. My choice was for the best.
