I obtained my HP Care Pack - 3 year protection plan on November 30th, 2020, however I did not receive the information / details about this product. The initial explanation that I received was related to the holidays, they told me this process could take around 4 weeks. From Nov/30 to Dec/30 I understood and I was comfortable. When January 30th, 2021 arrived, and I have contacted HP multiple times and I have not seen my warranty updated on my HP support assistant, I have started to feel really uncomfortable. I got an omen computer for more than two thousand dollars, and in order to protect my investment, I decided to acquired the HP 3 year protection plan. Specially when this computer does not turn off, or when I try to place it on sleep mode, just the display goes to sleep but the computer is still running, until I have to manually turn it off; if I do not do that, no matter what key I push the computer does not run (meaning does not turn on the display, etc etc).

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Thank you! While the OMEN I bought has been fantastic, I am a little unsatisfied with the HPCare pack so far. I could not determine exactly how to activate it - some of the documentation seems to differ. Perhaps it is automatic? How am I to know though if my computer breaks in a year and somehow I didn't subscribe correctly? Otherwise the care plan seems fair and I have heard good things about HP support, so I would not rate it poorly, overall just average. My experience with the computer purchase was much higher however.
