My new all-in-one which is 24 inches with a second monitor the same size, is faster than the computer that it is replacing. The old computer is only four years old. It’s amazing how much faster this new HP computer is.

It took 5 agents to help me set up my computer on the phone. The first had to 'register' me. Well, I expect that when I bought the package I was registered. 4 transfers later, i got to an agent who thankfully helped me set up the computer and monitor. Why is there NOT a dedicated number for those of us who paid for service?

Supervisor John has been been excellent in resolving all problems and questions that techs were not able to address. Been very conscientious with follow up and very understanding with things I don't understand or know about this new system. They are all patient and understanding--I do try to apologize when I get very frustrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grady79 from Process went well! My purchase was a little over a week ago! Components (CPU, CRT, Keyboard & Mouse), arrived as promised. Set up went well until I got to the mouse. Removal of the battery insulation strip And The mouse started heating up. Got to the point that it was too hot to hold and dug the batteries out and they started to melt the plastic they fell on. Fresh batteries did nothing the mouse was dead. Took a long phone call, connection was lost several times, to get a rep placement Kb and mouse on order. Will ship in about ten days, which was disappointing. Salvaged the Kb from my old HP system which gives me a workaround.
