I do understand why this is the case, but what this means for me is that I paid the price for a full 3 years of protection, but will not be getting a full 3 years worth.

There were issues when I bought the computer in getting the website to accept the warranty purchase, I had to call for support just to buy the warranty. No information came with the purchase regarding registration of the warranty. I had to chat with tech support just to get the number to call, (they are closed on weekends but they don't tell you that with a voicemail, it just says not available and hangs up) to get the warranty registered. The CS rep was nice and helpful and the registration was easy, but the consumer is tasked with all the work to make sure the warranty is available, purchased, and registered beyond what the average person would think to pursue.

If laptop screen replaced under ADP suppose in future any other accidental damage occurs in the same year, then that another accidental damage can be fixed under ADP or not ?
