The keys, being of silver color, light up very bright. Would never have another laptop/notebook without backlit keyboard. Definitely worth the additional minimal cost to have it.

They replaced my laptop without any problems. It is well worth getting it for your item. I recommend it highly.

This is my 3rd HP laptop with the 3-year HP Care Pack. I never had any problems with my 2 other the laptops and still use them. After 3 years I submitted the refund request for my 1st purchase and received the full amount of the care package.

Unfortunately, only the Chromebooks show in my dashboard. There is no way to add this to my dashboard. The warranty expiry date show the standard one year expiry, NOT the additional 3 year I ordered. I already need to use it and it’s just about impossible to get this done online. So frustrated with the brand I’ve spent 25 years telling everyone to buy. What a mess.
