( which I believe I paid extra for ) but it is silver like the rest of the laptop... I custom built it, so it took a bit of time for delivery, but I would receive status updates on the delivery, so no worries. The system is nice. I don't using Edge, so I had a local computer shop, switch it over to Chrome, but that is personal preference. I have no issues, and expect years of quality service.

Does this warranty need to be bought in the same order of the laptop or one can purchase later?

There is no advantage in terms of length of protection in buying the Care Pack later than buying the PC. This Care Pack coverage starts the day of the PC purchase. Thanks for your question!
