I gave it to him and it took him 3 days and at least 3 calls to HP tech advisers to finally get it set up. This is not ideal for most people who are not really and truly tech savey.

USB-C port is not full function, cannot connect additional momitor by USB-C (I know there is an HDMI port). So far I do not like Windows 11, but that is not HP's fault. Ports should be duplicated in rear of machine so I can use the laptop PC on my desk without the cords coming out the side and taking up a lot of desk space. No way (that I can find) to add more SSD drive capacity.

When I login to my HP support page, I notice my new warranty shows 24mo. remaining instead of 36mo. I have spoken to multiple support agents to get this resolved, but no one seems to be able to correct it, or explain why it is that way. To this day (6/30/23) it still hasn't been fixed. I have now been waiting for DAYS, for something that should have taken minutes to correct my account.

They NEVER told me that it had to be in warranty to get this coverage. And when I requested a refund they said this was a "no refund" purchase! I told them that this was fraud and would contest the billing with my credit card company. The BOTTOM LINE is that HP is NOT a credible company to do business with. Buy this at YOUR OWN RISK!!!

It is very touchy, I keep keying wrong things, the cursor moves when I am not looking at it, thus doing things I don't want it to do. I am continuing to learn how these things happen, but I feel like I have to watch it too closely, and not by experience.

I saw this laptop on Costco site & it had everything I wanted. Its lighter, with a lot more features I like. Extended warranty is excellent. Less expensive than Lenovo. My only complaint is that the battery does not last. It drains pretty fast. all battery savers are on. We'll see how good their service really is.

I assume it is the model number for the 3 year HP Care Pack service plan I purchased for my new HP laptop on May 7. You have accepted my credit card charge for this purchase, yet I have not received any email, receipt, confirmation or terms from HP regarding this transaction. I have no acknowledgement from HP for my purchase at all. This is very poor customer service. I registered my computer on the HP site and upon completion, the message to me was that I was to receive an email confirming my registration. I have heard nothing from HP. I still am in my 30 day satisfaction period with Best Buy and I am seriously considering returning my HP laptop to them and buying an Apple laptop.
