We have been loyal and dedicated HP customers/users for over forty years, and this includes desktop towers, monitors, laptops, Chrome Book, external hard drives, flash drives, and pretty much at least one or more of each. The customer service representatives in 98% of all contacts have been able to assist us with our "asks". In the past we elected to not purchase extended warranty coverages, but since the costs of these products continue to rise we now feel purchase of extended warranties for product as well as customer service has become almost a "must". HP's pricing seems quite fair for the protection desired.

But as for the plan... the computer tried to sell me a new plan and does not seem to know I have this. Noew, I am going to have to spend time to convince my laptop that it has a plan. Bow!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Michael B910 from KEYBOARD issue. The key board is frankly very very bad. I Can barely read without good light. The keys are silver with Medium Gray lettering on keys. Was not thought out very well at all. I would have never bought had I seen how difficult it is. Sometimes the light causes glare on the silver keys. Sorry . Otherwise it operates extremely well . No glitches so far at all.

I made the purchase on 7/15/22 and as of 8/25/22 the process is still not complete. I had to contact HP customers to get the process start as well as submit my device information multiple times.

I purchased this 3-year care pack for my PC on July 16, 2022, right after purchasing the PC (I have an order number with the above date). However, last evening, I received an email from HP stating that care pack registration is complete with a start date of Sept. 30, 2021 and an end date of Nov. 3, 2022 !! This is horrible customer service and a potentially costly mistake for me. The dates are both wrong, and they do not add up to 3 years.
