HP Support Assistant Still shows out of warranty
I purchase this extended warranty protection plan on 8/3/2020. My initial warranty would run out on 8/31/2020. Today the PC shows that it is out of warranty even though I spent plenty for the 3 year plan. I'm hoping this is an oversight.

Computer not even received yet
I'm not actually receiving my computer for another 2 weeks so not really sure why I'm getting a survey on the computer and the protection plan? I'd like to retake the survey in a couple years and then I can tell you how the protection plan actually worked out.

Seemed great, until it wasn’t...
Went through specific compatibility needs with sales rep, connection ports, model numbers etc. - was assured it would work. Spent more on better computer than I wanted, but working with my docking station was the main reason I got it. Seemed great I found one. Got it, no docking station port, tried tech support chat multiple times, tried sales chat again, tried tech support call, tried return services call. The individuals seemed nice and willing to help but nobody is actually helping me resolve the issue. Get disconnected from chats and calls and takes forever to get someone to help again. I just want to return this product and get my money back so I can get a different computer.

I have been and still am satisfied in all aspects of my contact with them, Each time down through the years that it has been necessary to make contact (technical support, repairs or just questions), I received professional, personal and satisfactory responses. I still recommend HP to family and friends.

The HP Carepack gives a peace of mind
I bought the HP Carepack along with the HP Desktop. I find the Carepack as a tranquillizer and gives me a peace of mind, that if something goes wrong, it will be taken care of.

Great protection
I bought this computer back near the end of May 2019 and it finally got here on July 1st.
It seems fine so far, but I'm still setting up my files, etc. So I don't know a lot about it just yet. The 3 year protection plan is a great price since it was reduced.
