No follow-up confirmation or documentation. In theory, this appears to be good extended warranty, but I have no way to verify that fact because I received nothing except a receipt of purhcase

HP Care pack
I received my new computer a week ago. I was told that my care pack would be uploaded or emailed to me in 7 - 10 days. I have not yet received it. The computer that I bought does not work properly. I can't get a windows screen to come up. so that I can download PC Mover. The start key does nothing. I can't find a phone number to call so i can talk to a live person. So far, your care pack stinks, I am writing this on another computer, because the new computer does not work.

My first ever laptop

Protection Plan
I am no sure what to write about this, but I know that I need a protection plan since I also purchased a new HP laptop. I am not computer savvy so I know I need this protection in case I inadvertently do something and cause my laptop to have a problem. I also hope that I won't have a problem but it is good to know that the protection is there is I need it.

Right Out of The Box Problems
Straight out of the box, wrong Office software installed and email would not work. After 7 hours of frustration I took it to Office Depot to have them fix everything. Wished I had not bought this laptop. Worse than a trip to the DMV.
