My Laptop was canceled by HP for a priceing error
I ordered a 14 inch HP laptop during cyber week. Plus with that order i got the HP 3 year protection plan. Nothing wrong with the protection plan at all.. I recommend it. But HP decided to cancel my order a week after placing the order for the laptop due to a pricing error on the website. Not sure how this can happen with a huge company like HP. Also we all see pricing errors in the stores and we get that price until the sign is taken down right? Wrong with HP they just cancel your order, But they did let me know this was happening. The problem with that is it was a Christmas gift also I got refunded my money "for the Laptop" in 2 business days. I also asked if the care pack will be refunded at the same time. HP told me yes. All great until I saw the refund with was minus the care pack. So it is been almost 2 weeks and still no refund to my account. Very dissatisfied.
