If I have a problem with my monitor and this care pack is attached to it, do I have to send it back first and then I'll get the replacement or will I receive a replacement first while I wait for a box to arrive to ship the fault monitor?
Is the HP Care Pack coverage time "in addition" to the standard HP warranty? ... 1 year standard HP Warranty + 3 yr HP Care Pack coverage = 4 years total ?? Thanks .. J
