Complex and slow to setup for new printers
The email received tells me:
"HP registers the service on your behalf and will send a confirmation email with start and end dates of coverage typically within 3-4 weeks from time of purchase."
1. Why isnt this setup and ready to use with my new printer from day 1?
2. Why do I need to wait 3-4 weeks?
3. Why not a simple online registration to setup the users, contacts, location, etc?
Too slow and too complex.

Carepack a mess
I specifically bought my printer from HP for the business carepack (fix or replace in the office even off hours). I bought the most expensive one. Had trouble installing software on my phone for the printer so called the number in an email. Not open on weekends. Then told product not registered. Try to register and serial no doesn't exist. Called on Monday and told serial number is for another product (not this printer) which is out of manufacture warranty and has no carepack. Put in a service ticket to fix this, but nothing has happened in almost a week. Similar problem with my last HP printer with carepack but when straightened out, great service with techs coming right away...Will change this review if I get help...
