Less Expensive than Buying a New Printer
I purchased the HP Care Pack as an addition to my recent printer purchase because it ensures a service technician will come to my location, wherever that is, to repair my new HP Printer whenever needed. This was especially important since I could not find a service technician in my area to repair an HP Laserjet Enterprise printer, and was, therefore, forced to purchase a new printer.

Be careful
This reburbished printer is very sluggish, taking several minutes to respond at best, and other times there is no response at all. It will not even print colored drawings at all.

Order still not processed after three weeks!
It's been almost three weeks and my three year extended warranty hasn't been processed. Very disturbing that HP was quick to take my money, but not process the order.

Not as plug-and-play as I expected
Why is it so difficult to connect this printer to my wireless network. I have had to conjure up an ethernet connection to get it to work.

The printer is great
We took delivery a month ago love the product however your after sales help sucks big time. We live in northern Idaho, not a big city, I tried to get help with installing and I couldn’t get to talk to a person just computer. disappointed big time!

FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE
After a number of attempts to get my new HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw printer configured to work with my HP workstation, including about three hours on the phone with HP Tech Support, the last half hour or so of which was spent listening to elevator music when my call was transferred into a black hole before I terminated the call, I decided to purchase a 3 Year Next Business Day Onsite Hardware Support warranty. I made it clear to the sales rep that I wanted to purchase the warranty to entitle me to on-site service and have someone qualified come by to set the printer up. I was offered a discount, which I appreciate, but no mention was made of the limitation I encountered. When I called tech support to schedule an on-site service call, I was told that the issue would have to be worked remotely over the phone before a service call could be scheduled. I explained that I had already tried that with my 3 hour session on the phone and did not want to repeat the experience, which was time consuming, unsuccessful, and frustrating, and provided the case number under which the details of my call were recorded. Apparently the record was not reviewed. I wasn’t allowed to schedule a service call. I contacted sales and asked if they could do anything, given the difficulty I had encountered with the printer, to influence tech support to make an exception and schedule an on-site service call without another session working the issue remotely. I was told they didn’t have any “pull” to do so. My experience working with HP on this issue thus far has been like working with an inefficient, stove piped bureaucracy, akin to the Social Security Administration or the IRS. The jury is still out, I haven’t yet given up and hope to get the printer working, but I expect a time consuming, frustrating effort in the process. My advice to anyone considering a purchase of an Onsite Hardware Support warranty is to be sure you understand the limitations of what you are purchasing.

I bought this product two weeks ago and have not used it. I bought it just in case my printer brings some issues. So as of today, everything looks good with the printer. As of this product, I am not ready to rate it.

I love the laser jet.
The printer is doing an excellent job. The pictures are much better than the inkjet. It flips sheets over in Hallmark program to print both sides. Ink jet had to be flipped manually. The only concert is that it does not sleep mode when left on. The ink jets did. I will call you during business hours to see if there instructions that I have missed

Checkout HP’s Policy on Price Protection
I ordered the LaserJet M479 and three year warranty support on Black Friday. On Monday the LaserJet M479 was priced $64.49 less. The hardware had not shipped and I thought about canceling it and reordering at the lower price. I though instead to write for a price adjustment. Don’t expect that HP will do this. I was told thy do not provide price protection offer Black Friday & Cyber Monday period. So if ever in this situation return and reorder on Cyber Monday. The LaserJet M479 is sitting in the living to return for the HP Envy 17T Laptop that I ordered on Black Friday. I spent the last 2-1/2 weeks working with Microsoft on getting my Windows 10 MS Store working. Now Windows 10 and MS Store are working. But that is all! Everything else was deleted and left for my to reinstall. That leaves me not feeling good about HP or Microsoft. Now who makes their own hardware and operating system and have a great reputation?

Easy Set-up, Flawless Performance
I've been searching for a replacement to my Brother multifunction (5 years old and died on me). The reviews for color laser jet multifunctions are so confusing. Some people rave. Some people despair. It's hard to sort your way through the forest of contradictory views. Here's my take: I have an iMac, and not a single problem has surfaced. Scanning is perfect. Printing is fast. Images are crystal clear. Set-up is straightforward. The machine is quiet, even when in use. It's also quite compact. My Brother was twice the size. I am satisfied that I purchased the best multifunction out there. If you're hesitating because of the bad reviews here and there, quite simply, don't hesitate. Go out and buy!

Awesome Printer
I ordered this printer to replace one my wife and I had ordered a few years ago. That printer was great, but it finally started to become problematic. So we ordered this one. We got it this past Friday. It took a bit to get it set up, to be fair I am 71, so ended up having to go to online help to resolve a minor WIFI connection issue, which was a self inflicted issue. Regardless, it is a great machine, taking over for a previous great machine.
