I replaced an HP OfficeJet Pro 8625 with this printer. I needed all the features of an all-in-one printer for my home office. I wanted the tank feature because buying ink cartridges was expensive. I read the reviews for the 7602 and was a little worried about the fax feature. HP customer service assured me it was not a problem. So I ordered it and received it within a few days. All of the reviews were accurate except for the fax. Installation was fairly easy. I had no trouble sending a fax once I figured out how to use the menu screen. The print speed is slower, the menu screen is small and a little hard to use. Otherwise, I am satisfied with this printer so far.

If they stand behind their 100.00 extended warranty .. this might be worth. What I am finding is that HP has a product around for a short then discontinue building or offering repair parts and if you are still in warranty, they are like Best Buy(BUT) they tell you they can not service the product and replace it what a lesser model

Registration Problems
Setting up instructions could be a little easier.. I have not been able to register online, constantly displays "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later." I have tried 15 times, still same message.

I had to return this product so slow and feeder does not grab the paper to scna.

Do you send me a replacement before I send the printer back to you in the same box after you determine the unit needs to be replaced? Do you send a new unit or a refurbished unit?
