Cheap and slow
Every time I picked up this laptop, I could not stand to use it. While I admit that I’m particular about my technology, this device feels exceptionally cheap and slow. Neither worth the retail price nor the heavily discounted price. Quality should be the standard these days, even for the entry level offering. Less SKUs, more focus.

Happier than a 'clam in sea water'...
This thing is 'bullet proof'...... Heavy duty 'business' dreadnaught!!! Only had it a short while, but it has proven itself a really well built, ready for anything BRUT!!! I think, in some ways, it 'out preforms' my MAIN computer. It definitely has a faster log on, log off. Also, the wifi is simply amazing. I need it for graphics with Adobe Photoshop, and for writing some stories and memories. I just love this thing.... I think in six states, I am currently engaged to it!!!! LOL

Great black Friday purchase
Boots very quickly, plenty of SSD space for applications and data. Like the SD slot for more and easily added memory. Changed from 17 to 15 inch display and feels like minimal difference. Thought it would be more of a difference. Nice and thin compared to my last laptop.

Received a wrong product
I have not revived my replacement laptop yet! I ordered a laptop with 512 GB SSD storage but received one with 256 GB SSD storage. I sent back the product and I’m still waiting for the new laptop with the correct storage space.
