Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Very nice looking...but there may be some issues I have used HP computer products since the 1970s and have been a "loyal" customer since then. I mention this to indicate that I have no biases about the products, although a high degree of satisfaction can be inferred. However, my current purchase of a Spectre model computer, due to be delivered Friday (11/26/2021) is my third copy of this model. My first Spectre purchased when the model was first introduced is still ...operational... but barely. At the time my choice was based on the fact that this was one of the first computers to have a solid state drive (SSD). After about two years the left hinge became unaligned with the main body... and the consequence of this was that the screen cracked and physically broke. I was told that this was not repairable...but since then I continue to use it with an external display (HDMI interfaced). Two years ago I purchased my second Spectre, a beautiful computer (appearance-wise)... however, failed to purchase the "accidental damage" coverage...after all, this was a brand-new top end computer...what could fail. Well after about two weeks the screen cracked, for no apparent reason and the camera failed. about one week later a chunk of glass fell off the left hand corner. I did report this at the time but because there was no "accidental damage" coverage nothing happened. The computer still works and I use it frequently...but with cracks across the screen it appears to be very fragile. Now... I wait patiently for my brand new Spectre...the package cost nearly $2800 (fully loaded), and that includes the accidental coverage. Hopefully that will make the difference. HP computers are great... it is just that there could be a quality issue and a lack of support issue...and I would recommend to a friend but with some caveats.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Revanjax1313 from HP Takes the Dub Although I have ordered, but not received my customized HP Spectre x360, I can say with previous experience with HP laptops, that these are the best laptops on the market. Campare HP to Bose, but in computer world. I respect companies that focus on one task, in this case computers, and in doing so succeed on the market. I have looked into Apple's MacBooks and I’m not impressed with their style, specs, and non updated build. They can’t even bend 180°. HP has always been reliable, fast, and updated. My one complaint is this: HP, you’ve got to update your own website. It’s kind of hard to navigate it and it needs more simplicity. Thanks for your time if you read to the end lol

And I assumed I would have been able to put my stylus on the side of it. It does have a magnet on the top, when you close it, great so the stylus doesn’t roll around. I also saw in videos that the battery life was longer than 10 hours, but that could have been the reviewer error. Still other than that, it is amazing. and I’m excited to try it in a school setting

It comes with McAfee’s services for one month free. Once the program is installed, the computer is useless. It is impossible to type or click, which makes it impossible to uninstall McAfee. Rebooting does not resolve the issue. Very disappointed.

I've used this type of warranty on my old HP Elitebook in the past is it saved me alot of money. The process was very simple with one phone call. All it takes is one accidental drop, one power surge, one misplaced cup of coffee and your out thousands of dollars. You already spent $2000+ on the laptop...and NOW you decide to pinching pennies on the accidental damage coverage...really???

Rated 5 out of 5 by KePaFo from Is this the perfect laptop? This laptop looks amazing. I have the gold trim with dark blue body. The screen resolution is like "wow"! Smart placement of ports and on/off button. The angled corners make sense when your cords are running to an outlet. Lightweight and thin. Comes loaded with all the software and bloatware is very minimal. Overall this really is the best laptop I have ever owned, including Apple products. Fairly priced too.
