Sleek and great features and service
Although I haven’t had a chance yet to use all of the features, I really like the laptop. Although I chose the upgrades, I also used the chat online for guidance and to place the order. The HP service stands out.

Great laptop!!!
This is the best laptop I've ever owned. I did do some upgrades as far as memory, space and operating system. I use my computer for working from home and still have more than enough room to use it for gaming also. After all the upgrades and add ons the laptop ended up being around $700 and it definitely is just as good if not better than the $2000 gaming laptops. Would 100% recommend.

I'm usually really gentle with my laptop. But I have bad knees and ankles and sometimes my legs give out. So I wanted to make sure I had this so if something happened to my computer I could get it taken care of. Because I do a lot of writing for my blog and other things and I had to make sure I can get my computer fixed.

The two protection plans I purchased for the two laptops I ordered started within days, yet I haven’t received my laptops yet, meaning I’ll be screwed out of about six weeks worth of protection I’ve paid for. Emailed to see if they would at least wait to start the plans when the laptops shipped, all I got was “no”.
