Protection Plan
I ordered this protection plan with my new laptop, which is currently being custom made. I have not yet had the chance to try it out, but I have much more peace of mind with the plan. I’ll update more if/once I have to use the protection plan in the future.

Reliability
I have been using an HP laptop since 2011. Recently, that laptop caught a blue screen fever and died. I have using a Samsung tablet since. With the recent stimulus payment, I purchased a new HP laptop, which I haven’t received yet. I am always going to have an HP device because of the reliability they have.

Doesn't cover engineering defects
I owned my HP Envy 17t for exactly 1 day. It was the worst, most poorly designed computer I've ever owned. The 15% restocking fee was worth every penny to get rid of it.

be forewarned, the coverage begins at time of hardware performance, not delivery. as my laptop was delivered nearly 2 months after order, I lost this much coverage. it is in the fine print, true, but easily missed

I love the fact this is a touch screen, but it is rather small compared to my previous Envy Laptop. I also am not happy this did not come with a numeric key pad & cd/dvd drive either.
