Why am I paying when the laptop hasn't arrived?

Great quality, disappointed with shipping
The laptop computer we bought was awesome. The shipping time that it took to get to me, was not so good. I am happy with the quality and it arrived to me in great condition. However, I paid for expedited shipping and it was 4 days late in arriving. Had I known that the laptop was coming from Shanghai, I would had shopped somewhere else. Only because I had no idea it was being shipped overseas. So, in that part. I am not so happy and you will be getting 4 stars. Otherwise, it would have been 5. Thank you, Mark.

It overheats a lot when you first start using it.
It works fine but when first using it it overheats a lot. And then it gets better but the fans get real loud when watching a movie.

Absolutely Amazing!
This computer was an early birthday gift to myself. I have been wanting a laptop for a while and I finally customized my own. And I’m absolutely in love with it! I’m so happy! I have been waiting to take my ministry classes and I finally can now!

Paying for nothing
Customer service is non-existent! I have the care pack but no computer and I cannot get anyone to provide an estimate of when it will ship. So I have paid for extended warranty and the clock is ticking for a product that does not exist. The online chat function does not work. Nice work!

Wonderful Laptop...but!
I totally loved it! Its a really good laptop, it runs fast, its actually pretty decent, I can even use it to play some games and you can add more memory with an SD, the only thing that bothers me a little its that the battery doesn't last too much, even if I'm not playing games, just watching some videos...it won't even last me three hours I have to keep it charging, even if I left it charging all night (I would fall asleep) the battery would just die in three hours.
