Good for what I'm using it for
My laptop arrived a week ago. I had purchases Microsoft Home and Student, but it wasn't installed. It took me 4 calls to the help center to get it installed. I used to have computer/laptop with Windows 7. This has Windows 10. I don't like it. It's not intuitive. It's hard to find things. But I'll learn it and get used to it. The laptop is probably fine if you're used to Windows 10. The cursor opens things when it's just hovering without my clicking, and I haven't figured out how to change it. I've looked in all the places that are logical to me. I'll have to call the help center or online chat. That's probably a Windows 10 issue rather than the laptop. Online chat is nice. It was easy to personalize the photo display.
