Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Best products ever I have had other brand name computers from big name name companies, that have come with warranties one I have used for school others for personal and had to replace many items within the first months of ownership. By far with HP within the last 10 years of owning laptop's and printers I have only had to replace 1 printer within days of getting it and that was my last one the 9015 I replaced it with a 9010 about a year ago no calls to warranty about anything on either and just bought a windows 11 computer that's on it's way to me as I type this. Great job HP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Taking Care of Parents from This will probably come in handy I helped my parents, who are in their 80's, order this computer. I felt this had what they needed as they do not do a lot of things online. I also felt the care pack would be just in case my dad does clicks on something he shouldn't.
