Great concept, not-so-great service
Not exactly thrilled with the service I have received thus far with the purchase of the Care Pack. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty with coverage for accidental damage. I received acknowledgement of the order, but no documental on the extended warranty itself. The email I received stated that I would receive this documentation via email up to four weeks after purchase. I have passed that point, so am mystified why I haven't heard anything
