Never worked And Still Waiting on refund for theOmen 40 L Due Longer then I have Been Told. and a different Storyline every call? 4 Years I'VE Been Dealing with This issue. / To Add I've Always been a Loyal HP USER Since Age 16. And Now I Will Never touch a hp again or recommend hp. Or by them for my mom and family. In fact I will start a return process in the one I got my mom, tomorrow as well as police report and alert my bank. And insurance claim will be filed. As my whole home was covered through hp servify and canceled wrongful and was printed call backs and yet to receive. To bad another loyal customer lost due to non communication and wrong info given to ake items. Poor service, tech, and now support. Whatever changed you need to reverse and care for your clients not your money or sale cause you lost 5 people I got hp for and now no more. Sad sad company turned to corporate and lost the meaning of how you got there. Clients and loyal customers support.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jose2290 from Dont buy!!!!!!! i bought this 2 year care pack when my computer told me i need to get a new warranty i bought the 2 year because its 2 years.... well they will take a whole year from you... the 1st manufactures warranty counts at the 1st year so really your only buying 1 year for the price of 2..... WARNING DONT BUY NOT WORTH IT.

I purchased a 2 year extended warranty with coverage for accidental damage. I received acknowledgement of the order, but no documental on the extended warranty itself. The email I received stated that I would receive this documentation via email up to four weeks after purchase. I have passed that point, so am mystified why I haven't heard anything
