New monitors and additional warranty.
I love the way HP takes care of its customers and allows additional warranties on its products. It shows to me that they have an excellent product. I say that because I just threw away an HP Laserjet tn4000 printer after having owned it for 28 years without any maintenance, except for the laser printer cartridges I bought. It was a beast of a printer and I mean that in the broadest sense.
The two monitors, if they hold together for 14 years would satisfy me immensely and I'm quite sure they can do that. I've always had an HP printer, monitor or computer on my desk and will continue down that road.
I'm quite sure I will never need the additional warranty but it is satisfying to know that the monitor is covered for a number of years.
Great monitors! I love 27 inch monitors.

Responsive Means to Answer Your Questions and/or problems
My fourth HP device, and I had problems understanding the monitor equipment and way to set it up. I thought I could figure it out through an internet search, but only made a breakthrough when I used their on call maintenance telephone number, thinking that I would need to turn the unit in for another one. The Technician walked me through a checkout and means to hook the unit up. All is well and my monitor is working well without exchanging for another unit.

Peace of Mind
As a professional photographer, I can't afford to have my primary monitor go down. Having the ability to get back going soon as possible matters. If a monitor fails, it's usually within the first two years, or so, of service. This particular Care Pack serves to guard against this possibility. Is it worth it? I certainly think so.

Terrible customer support
Very difficult Ro get product support. I purchased a new HP 4k monitor and had Sone questions. When I called HP, I was routed to the Technical Support Department and was asked to pay a substantial enrollment fee and a monthly fee. This is horrible service.

Warranty Offers Too Much To Overlook
This is an extended warranty, so it difficult to get into specifics except to say it is well the extra $20.

Service Pack
Although it's not something you can actually see once you get your computer, I think a two year service pack is a good plan.

Nice upgrade!
This monitor is a step up from the one I was using. But I must say, I've had the one I was using since 2007!! Only reason I upgraded was because the base was taken off and replaced with a stand that made the screen sit higher, and we lost the base! Regardless, I am quite pleased with the new one. I like that it is very slim compared to my 2007 and I like that!!

Doesn't cover much
Cheap enough to be silly not to have it should the product get damaged in delivery or be defective, but doesn't really cover much, and it turns out the cost of replacing some parts on a monitor can be twice the cost of just buying a new one. The primary issue though it the customer support that goes with it. Filed a ticket for a broken monitor. Closed with no explanation. Called Technical Support, they just tried to sell me a part that cost more than the monitor without so much as acknowledging that the breakage wasn't covered. Then suggested I talk to Sales (and not only gave me the wrong number, but it was a scammy 800 number to boot). Sales suggested I talk to Technical Support. Gave up and bought a new one. Only reason I replaced the old HP monitor with a new one was it was one sale and I had a credit through an employee program.

Cheap monitor warranty (cheap)
I bought an on-sale 22” monitor for $100 and spent $18 for a no-questions-asked two-year warranty; makes sense to me in an era in which everything is considered throw-away.
