No one wants to help.
Purchased these cartridges and got "cartridge failure" and "incompatible cartridges". Went online and chated with rep; he just gave me this link to go to that has me ho to other links and anither link, and so on. No remedy for the failures. Attemped to see if cartridges are still under warranty that were purchased a month ago. Sure doesn't recognize number.

Does not work due to ridiculous HP region locks
This toner does not work on my printer because I purchased my printer in another country. It's absurd that HP places region locks on its printers!

The toners DON'T work!
I have bought the four toners (4 colors) for my printer after typing ih HP system the printer type and selected the toner the system itself offered to me! I bought and they simply DON'T work! Such a waste of money!

Ink is not as expensive as lasor jet.
This is the 5th printer I have bought in 1 year 8 months. The greatest defect I found was that they had a tendency to experience paper jam quite frequently and the removal was not an easy project. So I junked 4 and I stopped using one laser printer because the ink cost was very expensive. I just bought an 8025 and I will see how it works.

Re-order of laser toner cartridges
I have an HP ColorLaser MFP 179fnw. It uses 4 separate toner cartridges. I ordered direct from the hp website for speed and convenience. I got 3 of the 4 cartridges delivered separately over several days. Still waiting on the magenta cartridge.

Wouldn’t buy my Hp ink or toner anywhere else
In the past I’ve purchased HP ink from local stores and every time I get less prints than s as advertised but whenever I order direct for HP I get at least if not more prints. I won’t buy anywhere else.

Extremely unhappy with HP, won't be buying another
I have had endless problems with my printer. Customer support was terrible. I tried to fix it and make it work too long, then when I couldn't anymore, I tried to return it and they said it was just over 30 days so they would no longer allow me to return the printer. I decided to count my losses and stick with a different brand from now on.

This is the basic printer, looks exactly like the next version. Quality of the printer is very good. However...
1. This printer doesn't do front and back automatically.
2. Toner doesn't last long at all.
3. Toner is costly.
4. They promise next business delivery, it hasn't happen yet.
