Now that I have pruchased and paid for it, it still does not show up for my laptop on the HP website! Extremely frustrating. Will have to contact HP AGAIN.

I still have nothing in hand that show s that I have extended it. I was supposed to have it "delivered" by email, but I have recieved nothing. Come on, HP ..... don't sell me something important and then not deliver it! Please let me know what's going on sooner than later!

I told her about the email I'd gotten, why I was calling, she said I essentially didn't know what I was talking about and I was completely wrong. After fighting to get through to someone to start with (calls were repeatedly disconnected so I ended up going through every number I could find), it took forever to get anywhere and I was not happy. At the end, she gave me a number and insisted I call immediately--the number (which I repeated back to her) was no good.

I tried calling the phone number mentioned in the email and was told I could not renew until my existing contract expired. Instead of offering a phone number it makes more sense to give a link where the transaction could have been completed. I waited until my contract expired. Once contract expired, I finally succeeded in getting a 1 Year warranty but now the price had been increased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rustyalice from If you enjoy frustration, this is the product for you If you like to make a lot of phone calls to HP, told you will be charged for help because your warranty is expired to transfer you to someone who could help get your warranty applied, get told you will get a confirmation email that never comes, and still can't get your warranty applied, you'll love the post warranty you purchase from HP. After 5 phone calls and 35 days, I still haven't succeeded in getting my warranty applied to the device. Normally, HP is on top of things. I am a system's administrator for a small company and purchase HP almost exclusively because their products are stellar. As I write, I am on hold yet again (6th person I have spoken to today) and now she is checking to see if the warranty can be applied since it had expired!!!!

So, 17 days ago (Sept-23) I went and bought a warrantee renewal for this server, yet still after 17 days when I go to "https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home" and check on the status of the warrantee of my server. it still doesn't show this new purchase. Disappointed to see this poor level of service from HP.

I want to know what care pack to purchase to give me additional warranty to extend my warranty similar to the factory warranty. Thank you.

Twice I’ve talked to an agent who says it’s registers but when I try to verify it’s not. I don’t understand why it’s not registering when you purchase you basically give use the same information. Also why can’t you buy from the HP support app and register. Very not user friendly.
