STILL waiting on the email with the information about the warranty so I can ask a question!
I never got my service pack information. I got an email indicating 2-3 weeks to deliver my warranty. I have a question and no one can answer it without this information and I don't have it. I got this message from the order and still waiting.
Most Care Pack orders from our store are now automatically registered. Within two to three weeks of purchase, you will receive an email confirming the registration or requesting details for the HP product you wish to cover to complete the registration process.
The details of your HP Care Pack or Post Warranty Plan will be sent to your email after successful registration.

Where is my Post Warranty Support? It's still not attached to my laptop
Wish I knew where my HP Care Pack was. So far, I've spent four hours trying to have the care pack I purchased September 15 associated with my laptop. Wish HP knew how to provide service to a product when it sold it. I've waited to no avail for a call back and then spoken to three service reps so far only to be told to fill out a form online and by the way the product code that is on my laptop is out of date and I should use a new one? So, I did what i was told and filled out the form BUT when you hit SUBMIT the form clears and you get no indication that the form went anywhere - no email no receipt to print. Not optimistic, but I haven't the energy to follow up yet..

Extended Warranty on HP Spectre PC
Purchased HP Care Pack for extended warranty on my Spectre PC but 1) unable to find PC Serial Number on PC and had to find it on old paperwork and 2) when I went to HP website the Warranty was not recorded.

Purchased on 7/5/22 and STILL WAITING FOR REGISTRATION EMAIL! If I have a problem, I have to fight with HP to recognize my warranty first. Unacceptable.
