The agent on the other end of the phone fixed the problem. I wanted to have that skillfulness available if I needed it.

They hit my credit card with the charge... then I get an email message that HP can't "confirm" my purchase... they said it would take several weeks... Called customer service and couldn't get an agent... STILL WAITING... and I WILL get a refund if the "silence" from HP continues...

I have called HP several times already and spoken to a few reps as well as chatted with them online but this still has not been resolved to my satisfaction. If this is not resolved soon, I will have no other alternative but dispute it with PayPal so I can get my money back!! To me, this is unacceptable as this process should be automatic as soon as your credit information goes through when purchasing the product!

I contacted someone two days ago but they do not seem to be reading my messages, nor my attachments that show my purchase of the pack. It's pretty worthless to me at this point; if the service is going to be like trying to activate the warranty, I'm better off without it.

So I call and after a while they finally say that they found the transaction and not to worry. Then yesterday they did a check of my system and sent a report that my computer is out of warranty still. So I have no idea what is happening. It seems that a computer company would be able to immediately or at least in a couple of days be able to show that I have purchased another year of warranty.

I cancelled because, in April, my HP crashed and could not be repaired by Geek Squad. Since it was not yet one year old, BestBuy gave me a new one. Three days later the power button jammed and Geeks could not fix it. BestBuy gave me a second new HP computer! I do not need to have an HP 1 yr post warranty plan for a computer I have had for less than one week!

Seems like a good buy but no follow up from any emails confirming my home desktop is covered and what exactly is covered or what to do if I need tech help. More can be done by customer service to make sure us that buy this feel safe and insured for our coverage we bought. This is not a review per se... from the last email (1/24/2023) I received regarding my renewal, this is an excerpt from that email. I submitted my order on 1/23. "Most Care Pack orders from our store are now automatically registered. Within two to three weeks of purchase, you will receive an email confirming the registration or requesting details for the HP product you wish to cover to complete the registration process." I don't believe I've received the email indicated which would confirm or request details.... but maybe it's not quite been 3 weeks yet??? Thank you.

Original coverage expired in Feb of this year. If I purchase new warranty today, does the coverage begin today and last for one year to Sept of next year or does it begin when original expired last Feb?
