A great value. My purchase of a very nice desktop computer, open box, from Best Buy, needed a warranty. Even though I’m frugal, I felt that this was a no-Brauner.

Disappointed
I love HPs warranty extensions. Totally disappointed that I could not get this warranty, after being emailed and told I could get the warranty. It took two weeks holding my money to learn this. However, HP was really quick returning my money. Just disappointed in not getting the warranty.

Warranty Plan
I figured it would be worth getting the Post Warranty Plan because I had to call the HP 800 number a few years ago to get help with a sluggish computer. The agent on the other end of the phone fixed the problem. I wanted to have that skillfulness available if I needed it.

The HP Care Pack seems to offer good services, however, weeks after renewal, the status of my warranty still reads "expired." While I have not required the extended warranty services, it would be nice to know that they are available if needed.

Well... HP sent me a pop-up offer... I clicked on it and made the purchase... They hit my credit card with the charge... then I get an email message that HP can't "confirm" my purchase... they said it would take several weeks... Called customer service and couldn't get an agent... STILL WAITING... and I WILL get a refund if the "silence" from HP continues...

Ver unhappy with the purchase!!
I purchased the extended warranty on 9/22/23 and as of 10/7/23 it is not reflected in the HP Support Assistant Dashboard. I have called HP several times already and spoken to a few reps as well as chatted with them online but this still has not been resolved to my satisfaction. If this is not resolved soon, I will have no other alternative but dispute it with PayPal so I can get my money back!! To me, this is unacceptable as this process should be automatic as soon as your credit information goes through when purchasing the product!

WHAT'S THE POINT??
I am preparing to request a refund because I have yet to receive the instructions for how to make this warranty active on my device. I contacted someone two days ago but they do not seem to be reading my messages, nor my attachments that show my purchase of the pack. It's pretty worthless to me at this point; if the service is going to be like trying to activate the warranty, I'm better off without it.

Slow response desktop
My computer became slow and non responsive at times.After viewing information regarding the hp post warranty plan I decided to give it a try.After receiving the product and becoming familiar with it, I gave it a try.
I resolved all my computer issues the first try.

Confused over this purchase
I ordered this, and got a confirmation of the purchase, but my computer still shows up as being out of warranty and the last email I got from HP said they were confirming the purchase. Really not sure what the heck is going on.

One hand has no idea what the other hand is doing
I bought an extended warranty for computer about two weeks ago. I get email that the warranty is still in my cart. So I call and after a while they finally say that they found the transaction and not to worry. Then yesterday they did a check of my system and sent a report that my computer is out of warranty still. So I have no idea what is happening. It seems that a computer company would be able to immediately or at least in a couple of days be able to show that I have purchased another year of warranty.

My HP app still shows my warranty expired on 6/7/23. I have contacted HP 3 times about this and it still shows expired, even though I purchased the extended warranty. Very poor customer service.

HP 1 Yr post warranty plan Cancellation
In an on-line chat with your agent on 5/5/23, I cancelled the renewal of my HP 1 yr Post Warranty Plan, renewed 5/1/23, and your agent said my credit account would be credited; it has not been yet! I cancelled because, in April, my HP crashed and could not be repaired by Geek Squad. Since it was not yet one year old, BestBuy gave me a new one. Three days later the power button jammed and Geeks could not fix it. BestBuy gave me a second new HP computer! I do not need to have an HP 1 yr post warranty plan for a computer I have had for less than one week!
