strangest purchase ever from hphardest and strangest purchase I have ever made from H P. Bought a used computer from a vendor, about a week later while using the computer a pop up offered a h p care pack for a very good price. I then spent the next couple of hours tryng to find out exactly what a care pack will do, I think I got a good deal still not sure.

Quality is good but cartridges priceyAll good but I wish the price were lower and the cartridges lasted longer.

Got the purchase done - I thinkI wanted to renew the HP support on my Z workstation and the agent I used last year did not respond to me and tickets I opened to want to make the purchase kept getting closed without comment. I did a chat and someone was meant to reach out to me within the hour but they called the next day while I was out.
I finally found a place where I could purchase the extended warranty and I did so. I still have not gotten a receipt but my Pay Pal account was charged so I am guessing I am all set.
Trying to renew the warranty, but every time I click on "add to cart", it ignores the add. Can you help?
