Outstanding HP Monitor
This is the Third 532sf 31.5 inch HP monitor I have purchased for 3 of my new HP workstations. They are perfect for me. Colors are superb and the sharpness is fabulous. You cannot go wrong with this large monitor.

Love the BIG monitor!
I never thought of having a 31.5" monitor for my PC. I couldn't image such a thing on my desk. But HP was having a sale, and I was about to transcribe my hand-written novel manuscript into Word, so I figured it might be a good idea to upgrade from my 22" monitor for ease-of-use. And WOW! What a difference! The 31.5" actually fits nicely on my desktop. It is SO much easier to see the text, and I can type faster because I don't have to search around on the screen when I am typing (I'm not the best typist...). As far as setting up the 31.5" was concerned, it did take some doing to get all the settings right (brightness, contrast, sharpness, refresh rate, etc.). I needed to get an HP Display Center app before I could address these issues. This was not intuitive, and I would up chatting with an HP AI bot to find it. However, once I had the app, setting up was easy. The only problem is: I'll never be able to go back to conventional size monitors to do my work again.

Double monitors.
The images are clear and colors are great. Easy to set up. The size of the displays makes it easier on the eyes while reading documents.

I wish I had had this sooner. It is big enough for me to see without a fight. I am in a wheelchair so it is hard to get close enough to see the monitor without having it at the edge of the desk. This one is fantastic. So happy to have it. It is affordable also. I only use HP

Bad customer service.
I ordered 2 of the exact same monitor. One of the box was missing 2 parts and HP was not able to replace them. They were wanting me to return the monitor and replace it. i was told the other option was to purchase the part.
The other major disappointment was the refusal to answer a question about the brand new monitor not working properly. HP wanted to force me to purchase a support contract. The contract was almost as much as the monitor.
