I wanted the cable so that I can print from my desktop without bluetooth. Through no understanding on my part, bluetooth preempts the cable and because to that i suppose it's useless. I cannot find a ph # to call to get help and override bluetooth. Also, the printer's limited setup info failed to show that the connection port on the printer (for this cable) was covered, no it was hidden!, by a sticker that has no legend indicating another port was underneath. So, I remain frustrated.
