Rated 3 out of 5 by J. L. from Ordering the Poly Voyager a pain. There are some cool features such as the ability to plug the case into an audio jack (such as on an airplane) and then the case broadcasts the Bluetooth signal to the ear buds. This works well. Another nice item is you can set up Bluetooth with more than one device (such as computer and phone) and use the case to switch between them. It's a nice design. The only feature that needs improvement is the noise cancelling, it's not that good. I think it might be that the fit of the earbuds doesn't seem to seal out the ambient noise. A problem I had with ordering the product was that both on line and when calling the order in, I got a message that my credit card had been declined. It turned out that was not the problem (my credit card company said the problem was at HP's end). HP only allows orders from people with approved email suppliers and it took 3rd level support to get to someone who could figure this out. If you have a hotmail or gmail account, you are OK. An account from Duck Duck Go was not accepted. This made the ordering process very unpleasant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Greg Healy from The performance is very disappointing. The Bluetooth connection is not stable. The earbuds regularly disconnect from my iPhone. Sometimes they take a long time to find my iPhone. They disconnect during a call. The noise canceling performance is not nearly as good as the older models with the boom

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mochno from Biggest disappointment in log time I bought to compare with Apple product. First shock was that you need to have Bluetooth adapter with you for PC and Android devices. That is shocking. Who carry that. Then, only top version (box) include actually storage for adapter. I mean, people are going to lose it. My expectations from ANZ (noice cancelation) were high. I hope to be at least on level of 1st generation AirPods but - Poly just missed it completely. Does not work, and modes you change have no impact. Size of those devices are crazy. They dont feel natural and are just too big. For this price and use - i think this product just missed the train. Even looking here at the form for feedback - they are asking for GENDER. Sad story.

Rated 3 out of 5 by PeteAT from Great features but broken after 3 weeks The headset worked great for 3 weeks and then the mic did not work anymore. First of all, I really like the features of the headset, the case with the touchscreen is amazing for meetings and with small enhancements it would be a gamechanger. The lockscreen needs to be improved because when having it in a pocket while walking the locksceen does not work. The comfort and the soundquality are ok for my usecase (mainly meetings). After 3 weeks (usage time maybe 40-50 hours) the mic of the right earbud did not work anymore. After a few days it started working again and a few more days later both mics stopped working. Now I can only use them as headphones so I opened a support case but until now (since more than a week) there is no resolution nor an offer to replace. To summarize: Great ideas and with a few improvements really outstanding, if they would work reliably.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Greg1966 from Over promises and under delivers I pre-ordered these headphones as soon as the option became available earlier this year. I have always wanted a product that delivers on this exact set of features, wireless earbuds with mono support and direct USB connect for managing PC connections). My primary use case for this is to take both zoom and other video calls on my computer and phone calls on my cell phone. I have used a Voyager 5200 for years now based on how exceptional that product handles these two situations but I am eager to move away from the mono headset in exchange for earbuds that would also serve for listening to music. Unfortunately, the Voyager Free 60 earbuds fail completely at the simple task of taking calls. I am not sure whether it is the microphone array itself or if it is an issue in the WindSmart software but in almost every call I have taken since purchasing the earbuds, the person on the other end of the call is unable to hear me. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps provided by the team at Poly and I have even obtained a replacement pair to ensure my first-run pair weren't defective but the problems continue. The earbuds do sound excellent when listening to music and the creative features on the touchscreen case are useful enough that I have to give the product two stars instead of one. I have had such good luck with Poly/Plantronics products in the past that I will continue to hope some of these issues can be solved in future software updates but I would strongly advise anyone considering this product to wait for Poly to further refine this design.

Rated 1 out of 5 by previously unused name from I absolutely hate these and wish I could return it I bought these a couple months ago and they are so unreliable that they're worse than the broken ones I was replacing. The "buttons" are incredibly buggy and have very limited function. They're constantly not responding. You can only have them do one thing, volume, mute, track change, pass-through audio, etc. pick one, you get nothing else, and it's not going to work well when you want it. They love to just drop bluetooth connection during calls. I actually basically lost a new job that I was interviewing for because of these. Not great for an IT director applying for a remote job who can't get his audio to work. It's constantly a struggle to have these just basically functional. As far as actual ear buds go, they're mediocre. It has a very digitized sound. I hate these things.

Rated 1 out of 5 by R Chin from A great disappointment compared to 5200 I had been using my 5200 for years, and had place 1 at home, 1 in the office, and 1 in my car. I had tried Jabra, Blue Parrot but they are no match to 5200. When FREE 60 released, I immediately purchased a set to replace my Sony WF1000-XM4. I had been using the unit for 2 months, but it did not live up to my expectation. The voice cancellation on the microphone is so so. In an office environment, my colleagues keep saying that I have a very soft voice which never happened with 5200. The ANC is mediocore, it is not bad, but definitely not a match to the Sony one I got. The worst is that when a notification sound from the PC is made, there will be a "blop" which is very annoying. The BT streaming and the touch screen on the battery case are good features, I uses them from time to time, but the core features from the headsest (which is crystal clear sound and noise cancellation) is lacking. I am still in hope that thsere will be a software upgrading which can resolve the issurs

Rated 4 out of 5 by MomOverMatter from Sound quality is awesome [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Voyager Free 60 series wireless earbuds are great for drowning out noise around you. They were great for zoom calls or just having a workout. The biggest drawback for me was the ability to adjust volume, change songs or end calls. The battery life was pretty decent lasting me personally a few days before needing to recharge. I do love how well it drowns out sound around me so I can focus on the task at hand.

Asked by: Tane

How will these earbuds do in terms of the microphone filtering out baby crying and/or happy squeals so people on other end will only hear my voice? How much of a difference will there be (to said filtering) when I’m actively talking vs just not on mute?
