Rated 4 out of 5 by Freedom from Excellent for remote work [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent for working remotely. Great sound and easy pairing. Love it and would definitely recommend to coworkers. Zoom meetings were more efficient because of ability to move freely without fear of missing anything.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brett_L from Fantastic Multi-device, Multi-purpose Headset [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in a typical open-office setting and I'm always looking for the best device that will give me clear audio communication, flexibility, increase my focus/productivity, is comfortable to wear all day, and also allows me to hear what's going on around me when necessary. This device checks all those boxes. The audio quality is great. Phone calls come through clearly and even music sounds great with a surprising amount of bass for this type of device. My favorite feature is the ability to pair the Bluetooth to multiple devices at a time. In the office, this headset will connect with both my phone and computer at the same time, allowing me to seamlessly switch between music/phone calls on my phone to video calls on the computer without having to change headphones. When powered on, the headset pairs with my devices instantly, and gives me voice prompts so I know what devices are currently connected. The headset is very comfortable and I can wear it for extended periods with no discomfort. It's so light I almost forget I'm wearing it at times. I also like that I can switch ears if I want the speaker on the left or right, giving me more flexibility and the ability to reduce ear fatigue by switching throughout the day. The battery life is very impressive. I been able to get multiple days out of a single charge and I've yet to have the headset battery die, as the battery status is clearly visible on my connected devices and I can charge when I leave the office. My only minor complaint is the headset fit. There is plenty of adjustability, but I wish there was a bit more clamping pressure on my head so it would feel more secure. I've never had a problem with the headset falling off, but it does feel very loose on my head. I tend to prefer more securing fitting headphones, but the clear tradeoff would be reduced comfort. This headset is very comfortable, but may sacrifice a more secure fit. As long as this is being used in an office/home-office setting, there should be no concern. They may fall off if I were in a reclined position or were to bend over too far to pick something up off the floor, so this might not be the best headset in a more active environment. Overall, I'm very impressed with this device and can not recommend it enough for people needing a good headset for work. If I were looking for another headset, I would strongly consider the stereo headset version, which would be even better for music audio quality and noise isolation in a open-office setting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Achimel from Poly Voyager 4310 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend a decent amount of time on the phone, between conferences and phone calls. With prolonged use, it can be quite a pain to be tethered down to a wired headset. I became interested in a wireless headset, which helps me maneuver around and prevents the bothersome wires that always seem to get caught on things. The Voyager 4310 is a great headset to use with work. It features a single ear headset, leaving the other ear open to hear what is going on around you. The build quality feels sturdy and the materials used feel clean to the touch. The visual appearance is fairly minimalistic, without any flashy appearance but all the desirable features. It was easy to set up, and I was able to plug it in and use it shortly afterwards. I had to flip on and off my headset 2-3 times before the connection seemed to work appropriately, but that may have been on my computer's connectivity end as trying the same adapter on my laptop went smoothly. My head is somewhat on the larger side, and the headset could be a bit on the smaller end to certain people. It was a bit tight for prolonged wear on my head, but I could still comfortably use it for 3-4 hours. The sound quality is excellent, both through the earpiece and the mic. The mic is movable, so you can adjust to your preference and desired projection for volume. I don't have too much background noise, so I can't comment on that aspect specifically. However, the street noise was not picked up during my calls. Overall, this is a solid headset. The comfort aspect was the only point that could be different for me given a larger head frame, but for most it would likely be a comfortable wear through the day. I was pleasantly surprised by the audio and mic quality, and definitely plan to continue to use this with work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tsasha from Solid Noise Cancellation The headset worked straight out of the box with the Bluetooth dongle plugged into the computer and the computer automatically installed the drivers (Windows10). Sound quality was very clear and crisp, and the noise cancelling is excellent. The headset itself is adjustable and comfortable to wear, has a power on/off switch, volume up/down and a dedicated team’s button on the earpiece. When powered on and you flip the power button the headset give up an update on battery level and what it’s connected to. The mic boom arm is adjustable up and down and has an easy to find mute button. Poly Voyager 4310 UC came simply packaged and is a single ear headset. In the box came the headset, Bluetooth dongle, USB-C cable (for charging and wired connection) and carry bag with a separate attached pouch for the Bluetooth dongle. However, there were no instruction in the box or software. But after going to the manufacturer’s website, I was able to download the necessary software to manage the device. The firmware version for both the dongle and headset needed updating and was simple enough to update. The headset claims to have a 50-meter range, but I get just over 10 when connect to the supplied Bluetooth dongle before it starts to cut out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hombarume from Good quality and features [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought and used the 4310 version which is mono usba headset. I really like this and have enjoyed using it for about 3 weeks now. It fits well on my head and the controls are user friendly. However, I have tried using it in conjunction with my phone but could not pair via bluetooth so I sorely used it  while being connected to my work laptop via USB bluetooth. I typically have 2-3 hours of online meetings every day during the week via Microsoft teams or Zoom and I've been using these for about about 2 weeks. Feedback from people in the meeting has been all positive as they say the mic picks up really well and they don't hear any background noises. I can hear all of them really well and the music I play throughout the day sounds great but the bass could be improved in future upgrades. I have not worn it for more than 4 hours at a time, but they are very comfortable. The buttons are easy to use once you get familiar with them. I also use other different pairs of headphones, headsets and earpods and each one is different. The best feature is the wireless connection that connects to my PC without having to fumble with the cord which I find is a nice convenience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by A L Hughes from Exactly what I needed! This is a comfortable headset with a great range. The best thing about it is its dual connectivity and ability to connect to my PC and cell phone at the same time. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far, it's great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Acesonnall from Good headsets [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like most about these is the long battery life and the microphone that does a great job canceling out background noise. Also ran a sound test and it's frequencies range is surprisingly pretty wide.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lord Addict from Voyager 4300 UC [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the Voyager 4300 for a few weeks now. Wanted to make sure the Battery was good and i'm surprised for a everyday use item its a pretty solid headset. Mic could be a lot better but besides that love the experience this has brought me. I was in the look for a mic to just chat on discord and not have to use a bigger mic. It fits well on your head not to heavy and it does not hurt your ears at all. The battery is the real VIP here as in it rarely dies on me. I'd recommend this as a mic to do call centers with even more so with all the work from home we are doing right now. As as something like gaming its not bad just don't expect it to replace a gaming headset. Like i said mainly used for something like causal games or just chatting with friends on discord. Overall great product

Rated 4 out of 5 by Myster from Nice pair of headphones with few glitches [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very nice pair and of headphones that has a few software glitches. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. I use these headphones for my meetings on Skype and MS teams and the voice is very clear. Also, I confirmed that the clarity is good on the other side. Comes with a USB dongle that I connected to the only USB port I have on my laptop/tablet and it connected right away with no issues. Mute button located on the microphone is another excellent feature. Also came with a cloth bag to store and carry the headset. It has a USB C charging that’s seems to be the new standard which is quite nice. The range of these is not as good as the other poly headphones that I’ve used previously. I tried walking around the house and they pretty much disconnect as soon as I go to a different floor of the house. I’m guessing that’s the Bluetooth limitations. After one of my meetings, the headphone started beeping, two beeps every 8-10 seconds. I searched online and found that it might be out of range and that wasn’t the case as I was sitting in front of my laptop with the dongle plugged in. I called Poly support after messing with it for a couple of hours powering it off and back on and such. Our diagnosis came to the conclusion that the headphones thought the call is on hold and the fix for this will be out soon. Another annoying feature is that after closing every tab on the browser, the announcement of the microphone being muted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brad from A solid headset with great sound [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really is a solid headset with great sound quality. The Poly 4300 UC doesn’t disappoint if you’re looking for a solid headset with great sound. I haven’t worn an over the head headset in many years. In the old days it was the only way to get good sound & voice quality (especially in the car) but with all the recent small Bluetooth devices I hadn’t gone back. This device has actually brought me back. I like using it for calls and the Bluetooth range works well with my iphone 11. Pros: For starters I checked the phone voice quality by asking a few clients if they could “really” hear me ok and if I sounded like I was in a box, etc. The responses were all the same and they were surprised I was wearing a full headset. Later after my calls I decided to listen to some music. That was surprisingly awesome. The sound was rich & deep and I actually pushed the mic boom up and listened to music for a while. That was an unexpected bonus. They’re easy to slip on and off with relative comfort (nice padding) with little to no slippage.. The boom mic is on the right and goes up and down nicely. It is about 2 inches from your mouth so it’s not obtrusive when you get a drink or take a bite of your sandwich (a lot of other headsets have this problem). Also, the control buttons are on the side with a tactile feel – a nice feature. The little power switch is easy to find by feeling as well. These controls are all on the right side. Speaking of sides, if you like the mic on the left, the boom lowers in reverse as well, so you’re not locked to just one side. This could be a pro or a con, but for me a pro; the unit can only be used with one device at a time. There is no competing. I have it synced with my iMac and in order to use it with my iPhone I had to manually disconnect it. Likewise, going from iPhone to iMac required me to turn off Bluetooth on the phone will I turned on the unit, on the iMac. NOTE - I did not have to unpair (or re-pair) it from either, I just had do a manual switch on the control panel. I think this was a good fail-safe but some might not like that it won’t easily bounce between devices. I don’t want calls interrupted so this was a win. Cons: it takes some getting used to because it isn’t noise canceling, so you have that awkward feeling with your both ears covered and hearing your own voice in your head. However, that is not necessarily a bad thing because it doesn’t completely seal you off from what’s happening around you – you can still hear when someone calls your name, etc. Females might not like this over their hair but for me it wasn’t an issue. If you have a lot of hair, I think the headset will leave a lateral divot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rooster0408 from Solid Headset with Minor Tweaks [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been working from home for over a year and a half and I've been using a variety of options for audio. I've done computer speakers/microphone to using my Apple Airpods Pro to my Sony WF-1000X4 headphones for zoom/teams meetings. These headphones were solid in regards to speaker quality, I really didn't have to speak up but speak more calmly due to a great microphone. The biggest issue I have is that it doesn't have a comfort level to wear for more than an hour or so. I can wear my Sony WF-1000X4 headphones for much longer however I would still recommend this set for a lower price point option.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Marlin from Great All Around Headset! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the 4320 UC for a few days now and it has become quite useful in assisting me in day to day communication. It being wireless (Bluetooth 5.2) lets me connect to my phone for calls/meetings/listen to music without worrying about wires getting in the way. Battery life seems to be pretty good so far, haven't had any issues with battery drainage. Call quality is great! Both incoming/outgoing are clear which is very nice. The fit & form are nice also. Only complaint I can think of for this headset is that the padding could be a little thicker/more comfortable. If you're wearing it for a quick call, its great but I tend to keep mine on for extended periods and it can be less comfy the longer its worn.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mark B from WFH in a snap [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Voyager 4300 UC simply get the job done without cutting corners. They're light, but retain very good build quality, and look like they can take falls or drops pretty easily (though I wouldn't throw these around). Like most Poly Products, pairing them was a breeze. Once paired, sound quality is good and the touch controls are intuitive. I would have liked a skip/repeat function on them, but perhaps that is asking too much for what is primary a work headset. My coworkers claim they can make me out clearly. In turn, I also hear them out well. All in all, I cannot complain.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MarkAS from Horrible Connection So frustrated. I purchased this headset for it's wireless, range, quality and style. I am so disappointed. It will not stay connected to my device. The 1st few months - no issues, then slowly I would notice issues to the point it was unusable. Support was very helpful and understanding, even sent me a replacement - loved the Customer Service. But within two weeks of the replacement --- same issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mark Dougherty from Awful connection and distorted voice I just bought this headset 2 weeks ago and initially it worked fine connecting to calls/meetings on my computer and phone and now it's distorted my voice and become unable to be understood on any meetings I'm having on Zoom or Google Meet. I've been on the same meetings just using my computer mic and speakers and they are perfect so it's not my internet connection or the software. It's 100% the headset.
