Rated 5 out of 5 by from Voyager 4310 This product is very comfortable for all day wear. Calls are very clear and easy to hear. I like the controls on the headset that allow me to answer/end call, mute, and change the volume all without being at my desk. I walk around the office a lot so I need to be available from different areas and the headset beeps in my ear to notify me that the phone is ringing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient. Slightly Costly. So far they are working perfectly w/ both my phone and work laptop. I expect (w/ the amount I paid) for them to last at least 1-2 years. Don’t disappoint me like my Jabra earbuds (which cost about the same) and barely later 6 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you need to have one ear open to hear the sound [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is fantastic in my work from home office. Normally I use another Poly (wired) headset that's noise cancelling and covers both ears - but I have to be able to hear the dog or kids so I usually leave one ear piece off. With just one ear covered this one works great at home. I took it into the office for a few days, but the open floor plan noise made it less than optimal. The headband fits well even on my XL head. The side cushion is secure even when moving around. The Bluetooth is the best feature - like I said earlier, I was using a wired headset for work calls (WebEx, Teams) and being able to get up, walk around all the way through the house and even downstairs is amazing! The range on this headset is incredible. I've never ran the battery down, only charging it at the end of the week so it's ready to go for the next week of use. Sound quality for voice calls is just fine; the microphone sounds like a pro-grade radio or podcast microphone. If you need to have one ear open to hear the sounds around you, this is the headset to get!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice fit and sound [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They sound good. They fit good. Battery life is good. I really like using these. They didn’t give me a headache like a lot of them do. I would recommend these to anyone that uses/ talks a lot on the phone, computer, or iPad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most comfortable single ear headset I've seen [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this headset. I've constantly had issues with headsets for work. Some pickup all noise EXCEPT my voice, others would make me sound like I'm far away, or in a tunnel. Then there was ones where my voice woolf be great, but would pickup the slightest sound in the room. However, this headset is probably the best I've used in the last 10 years. It's comfy for a single ear, and even though it's on-ear, it's so light you barely know it's there. You can also have the TV loud on a call, and the caller can't even hear it, which is an added bonus since I don't have to constantly mute music or TV when taking a call. Music sounds great as well, and very rich, even for being a single-ear. Love this headset, and it's now my go-to for everyday work use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing headset for work! Great quality & comfort [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the PP-01180 over the last couple of weeks for work use, as well as some light music use. The headset was extremely comfortable, the sound quality was nice, and the Microsoft Teams certification was great as well as it made using the headset super easy. Overall this is an amazing little headset with great build quality, sound quality, and comfort. I'd highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Voyager 4310 UC from Poly - great headset [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Voyager 4310 UC from Poly - Single ear-piece headphone used for online calls with 3rd party programs like teams or Discord etc. PROS: The Voyager 4310 UC from Poly came in a small rectangle square cardboard box. It was packaged practical with easy access to the headphone, USB dongle, charging cord and instructions. Basically its plug in play. After plugging in USB Dongle and powering on the headset it quickly setup my teams program and was ready to make calls and receive them without me doing anything. The headset itself is very comfortable from the soft ear piece to the head connector after with a soft padding making hours of use without discomfort. The Microphone and headphone works great, very clear sound and no distortion talking. I would recommend these to anyone that uses online 3rd party programs to chat or conference. CONS: The main issue which isn't that big of deal is the POWER button is so small and hard to see it took me a few tries to find it. The instructions did not really show the power button the illustration cook be more precise. All and all a good product though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Headset that speaks volumes! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The V4310 I have is utilized both in office and out in the field while helping Grower's by making recommendations and checking for readiness prior to our equipment hitting the field. The lightweight design of it is great because you can wear it all day and not even realize it's on your head. It also fits well and doesn't hug your head tightly like other ones I have owned. The adjustable mic boom both up and down and the way it can couture to your jaw line make this a great product! The noise cancelation is great too when it comes to standing in the middle of a 600 acre field when the wind is blowing. The buttons are easy to find and respond quickly when pressed. The only dislike I have is the smaller switch for Bluetooth connectivity/power switch and having larger fingers than the normal person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality allround Having had the headset for a few weeks, I can say that this is one of the best I’ve tried. Been using them with Teams and they’re very easy to set up and get working very quickly. I can spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 5-6 hours on calls each day and these have been very comfortable. Excellent noise cancellation without making me feel like my head in encased in cans even with just the mono version. I prefer a single ear so I can monitor my own voice volume (no one likes the noisy guy in the office!) and these are great for that, again, super comfy and very easy to use. The sound quality is excellent with a decent range for when I need to get up and walk around while on calls. Pleasantly surprising was the fact that there was practically no dropout until I got to the limits of the range which was more than adequate. You certainly get what you pay for and while there are many cheaper options out there, it feels like false economy. Overall, highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Real feel of quality I've had this for several weeks now and although it took a bit of getting used to (the firmware upgrade process was a bit tricky to get completed straight out of the box) all is now a breeze. The item has a real genuine quality feel to it and the comfort is second to none. Been a real treat for all my organisations Teams meetings and a number of my colleagues are looking to copy me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Effective and good quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Voyager 4300 headset at work and at home for virtual meetings and calls. It is very comfortable and and lightweight, and does not cause discomfort when wearing for long use. The wireless functionality is very effective and I can still remain in the call when walking away a few feet from my laptop. The sound quality is very clear and does not cut out. People on calls have noted that I can be heard clearly with no background noise, even if a busy office. The headset is also linked to Microsoft Teams and so I can hang up and make calls by pressing the button on the headset. It has made agile working very easy and also for a tidy desk, with no wires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfortable single ear headset [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset comes in a plain box but the contents are fantastic. A silky storage bag, a Bluetooth usb adapter the up to date usb c charging cable and of course the headset. It comes charged so was ready to use. Easily connected to the Bluetooth on my laptop but it is advised to use the proprietary usb Adapter to get the full functionality when using it with apps like Teams. Should the batteries go low use the cable to make it a wired headset. Can’t really fault the sound and mic quality both very sharp and clear. Amazing range as it worked without any issues 12 metres away going through thick walls. The headset sits well on the head just little glitch with the length of the adjustment arm would have been great to be a couple of centimetres longer. The ear cushions are very comfortable both on the ear and head part. Cover on the earpiece comes off and hopefully replacements are available. Can be worn on both sides of the head with the rotating mic arm. Overall very well built. Seamless use of the controls on the front of the earpiece. If you looking for a single ear headset you will not be disappointed. Will definitely give the freedom of moving away from the desk without compromising sound quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound quality, comfortable [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this headset for just over a week in the numerous Teams, Zoom and mobile calls as part of my job. The headset is very easy to set up wit the supplied dongle and also paired with my mobile. I like the easy use features with one touch to answer Teams and mobile calls and the easy to access volume control on the earpiece. would also recommend downloading the support software as this has some useful options and settings that can be configured, for example, I reduced the voice feedback from normal to low as this seemed more natural. the headset is very comfortable to use and I have been able to wear it pretty much all day. Feedback from my colleagues is the voice quality is excellent, best they have heard, very clear. recommended

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cut the cord, and go wireless [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The voyager headset was pretty easy to use with the PC, only need to plug the USB dongle and the headset pair automatically. Pretty comfortable, I use it for about 2hrs of continues meeting and beacuse of the light weight head band you barely feel it. About the functions, the mute button is really useful, and up and down volume buttons are easy to manipulate. Battery last at least for about 3 to 4 days of really hard working, I'm pleased with the battery performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working from home or the office, this headset WINS [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be my favorite headset thus far. I have tried most of the other brands only to be disappointed by either physical product quality or technology issues... These check every box so far, and I've been using them almost two weeks now. My co-workers have noticed a clear difference in my voice quality on the calls, which shocked me... I didn't realize how much of a difference such a good quality headset could have not only for me, but for those working with me on the other end of the phone! The features are great! This headset has a lot packed in here, but not too much to be confusing... Just enough to make it feel less like a "thing" you must wear to work, and more like an extension of me. I hardly notice I have these on throughout the day. I've walked away wearing them completely forgetting I had them on. My co-workers in the office have also pointed out how "sexy" they look. The reflective disk ring under the right light, looks like it was pulled from the future. It's slick and the effect is pretty unique looking. I highly recommend these for the person that travels between working from home and working in the office. They are versatile, light, convenient, and pack just the right amount of punch to get the job done. Your headset should be something you don't have to think about throughout the day.. You should be able to reach for it and it be ready to go and not even have to think about it... Which I have found to be the case with this one so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how soft the ear pads are. It connects to any Bluetooth extremely fast. Absolutely no voice lag and the sound is beautiful. My son says it’s great for fortnight and leaves his ears felling good instead of fatigued. A hot buy for any gamer, or telemarketer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WFH must have headset [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those who are WFH, this headset is a must have. The range is excellent, the battery holds all day and it is very comfortable to wear for extended amount of time. Since 2020, I have been working from home. I have been wearing ear buds, pods and just about all kinds of headsets. Ever since the day I got the Voyager 4300, this is the headset I use for work. I can walk around the house without any distortion. The battery works continuously throughout the day. The mute button is easily available. The USB or Bluetooth option makes it easy to switch between devices. I'd recommend this headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great option for Remote workers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I work from home, being tied to a wired headset was a very uncomfortable, I did the research and found the Voyager 4300 UC. I needed a stereo headset that would work with my laptop for Teams calls, be light on weight, and provide solid sound quality and a long life battery. Plantronics, now called Poly nailed! Is light and worked, confortable, with great connection, a mute/unmute button, ( I wish the buttons are more intuitive and ease to identify) I also can walk around my house and still be connected and the last great improvement is the noise cancellation for ambient noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Call quality your thing? Try the Voyager 4300! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing the Voyager 4300 headphones for approximately two weeks now for work and I’ve enjoyed using them so far. My head is on the large side (genetics I suppose) but the headband adjusts enough so that the headphones stay in place and feel comfortable even after a 2 hour call. Currently, I work from home and have found that while the headphones don’t have active noise cancelling – they still block out some background noises since they are on ear. This is my preference since I need to focus but also want to be able to hear my wife call from the other room if she needs help with anything (we have two kids under 2). The sound is clear whether listening to music or taking calls on Teams. The headphones don’t get particularly loud but since these aren’t intended for work and long duration use, this probably good thing in that it protects me from my inclination to listen to loud music while doing focus heavy work. From a style perspective, I would prefer a boomless headset, but I am okay to trade that off for the call quality. The boom and mic arrangement on these headphones seem to block out ambient noise so those I’m speaking with just hear me (which is awesome). I work out of a garage office currently and even if there are yard crews mowing the next-door neighbors’ grass, which sounds quite loud to me, the colleagues on the other end of my call can’t hear it at all! (I only know this because I asked). In the numerous calls I’ve used these for, I’ve not had anyone suggest they couldn’t hear me. The controls are on the headphones are intuitive, which makes it easy to get used to wearing the phones. Also, I’m thankful the charging input is USB-C since my phone is as well and this allows me to keep a less corded, less cluttered, desk. Again, I’m currently working from home and find that these headphones work well for me here, but I’ll also be glad to take them back to the office since it’s an open floorplan. I’ve heard that it can get quite noisy on a day where most people are in. All-in-all – I would rate these headphones a 9 out of 10 (found up to 5 stars). The only thing I am docking them for is that they don’t have the active noise cancelling. While I don’t need it now, I think it would be my preference to have these feature for when back in office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality sound and construction [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good product with extremely clear sound. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice headset, works well for meetings and phone us [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 4320 version which are stereo headphones. I really like these. They fit well on my head and the controls are pretty easy to use. I haven't used them yet in conjunction with my phone, other than to listen to messages and other audio on my phone while also being connected to my work laptop. I typically have 2-3 hours of online meetings every day during the week via Google Meet and I've been using these for about a week. People in the meeting say the mic picks up really well and they don't hear the fan I have running in the background all the time. I can hear all of them really well and the music I play throughout the day sounds great. I haven't worn them for more than 3-4 hours at a time, but they are very comfortable. The buttons are easy to use once you get familiar with them. I have 5 different pairs of headphones I use, each one is different. The headphones I used to use were the C5220T. I've been using these for the past couple of years. They work fine, but having a wireless set that connects to my PC and phone without having to fumble with the cord is a nice convenience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound and volume but feel a bit small [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the sound of these headphones. They volume adjustment and the mic sound great. I was able to walk around my home office and hear and speak without issue. The size of the adjustment felt a bit small though. At times it felt as if the side without the speaker was riding high up on my head and I do not have a large head. It still felt comfy on my ear and the speaker cushion is nice and soft and felt great even after hours of using it for meetings. I would recommend these for the comfort alone on my ear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good headset to untether you from your desk [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the headset a week ago, and I have been using it exclusively for all my meetings and PC audio for the entire work week. Let me start with the description. The headset I received was a mono set, with only one earpiece with boom mic. The other side was a padded piece to hold to my head. The fit was decent, maybe a hair tight, even fully extended, but definitely secure, and I could easily wear it for several houris with minimal discomfort. The first thing I did was launch the Poly Lens app and then connected the headset because with almost any new product from any company, there is generally an update pending, and this was no exception. After updating the headset and giving it a full charge, my first meeting started. For reference, my audio experience prior to this headset, I have used the Poly Sync 10, the Studio R30, and the Logitech c930e webcam with audio playback through my TV monitor (sharp 32”). The audio compared to the previously mentioned devices and setups was a bit “tinny”, with a brighter, higher register of audio than previously experienced. Another way to put it would be comparing listening to a AM radio station after listening to FM. I had to keep the volume at 3/4 to max in order to hear everything, but I definitely was able to hear everything. Not a word was missed unless it was a problem on the speaker’s end. I was pleasantly surprised at the range. My home office is located on the lowest level of my 2 story, split level home, and there are multiple walls and halls. I was able to basically go from one end of the house where my office is, to my kitchen on the other side, and not have a single issue. The audio never dropped and remained as good as it was sitting at my desk. The mute button worked well, but seemed to have problems with MS Teams integration. I’ve had multiple occasions where I would give a single press to the button, but the mute would toggle back and forth. Example would be someone requesting me to speak, and I hit the button, and the voice prompt would say, “unmuted. Muted” and I would have to hit the button again to unmute. The first time I thought I double-pressed the button, but since then I have been very precise with using it, and it still is a intermittent problem. I have not experienced this with Cisco Jabber, or any other app, so this seems specific to MS Teams. Being that this is a mono headset, I wear the headset on my left ear. Everything is well placed but the power button. If you wore the headset on the right ear, the power button is easily accessible by your thumb, but the motion to turn the headset on would be a push, not a pull. The rest of the controls are easy to find and use. I will say that the lens app helps customize your experience, making it easy to set your default settings so you have the same experience no matter the app. Overall, I give the headset a 4 out of 5, only due to the amount of treble in the audio. It is just a bit too much, and not enough bass to keep it well rounded. Because of the treble, you can easily hear a hiss in the background, and it’s a little annoying.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Voyager 4300 The first time I used the headset for some reason the person I was talking to could hear feedback but I couldn't. The second time I used the headset everything was ok. Sometimes I do hear some noises but not major annoying so this is why I gave it 4 stars.

Love it and would definitely recommend to coworkers. Zoom meetings were more efficient because of ability to move freely without fear of missing anything.
