It is a good alternative to wearing headsets and an improvement on my computer speakers. The speaker was easy to set up and use. The sound quality for meetings is decent. Overall it is a good purchase for a home office setup.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Manasi from Powerful speaker [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this speaker for a couple of weeks now and it's been a treat so far! The speaker has good structure, with the USB charging cable attached to the speaker and can also be tucked away neatly. The speaker charges quickly, and has a good battery life. When used to charge my phone, it quickly died out but it is still a useful feature to have in a speaker. When used for Zoom and Teams calls I found the mic to be powerful, and had clear voice quality even with construction going on next door. The sound quality when used for music was a bit lacking as there was occasional static noise. I liked how I could customise a button very easily through a phone app. The buttons on the actual speaker were easy to use as well. Overall I really liked the speaker but it could be a little more compact for travelling.

Rated 4 out of 5 by macray76 from Looks great on the desk This is probably getting about 2 hours use per day as I work exclusively from home. The sound quality of the speaker is very good - all voices are loud and clear. The microphone works perfectly well as I've had no complaints from anyone else on the calls. The integration with Microsoft Teams is really good (but this seems to only work when connected directly via the USB cable). I did have a few problems with voices crackling after about 30 minutes but this probably was because it was plugged into a USB docking station. The issue wasn't there once I connected it directly to my laptop. The travel case is a nice touch but I won't be using this for travelling so I can't comment any further on this. I like that you can program the "Rocket" button to one of the available options. Maybe in the future it would be nice to be able to launch an app from that button to make it truly customisable. The Sync 20 is a good product and looks good on the desk.

The sound quality is superb even at high volume, it is easy to connect and I also love how portable it is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is still working from home or just want clearer calls!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anthony V from Great Product from Established Brand Poly is a new name of the brand but has a heritage as an amalgamation of two existing, revered brands in the world of communication devices for the corporate world, Polycom & Plantronics. I have a worked in high end AV installation with huge budgets and these products were always used. The Poly Sync 20 looks like a regular Bluetooth speaker but actually houses some very clever electronics that make it suitable for video/audio conferencing on a pc/Mac/laptop and mobile. The sound is clear, spacious and excellent for the 2nd party and equally clear for the user. The battery life is excellent so far and is small enough to be carried for mobile use. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and cannot praise it enough.

This is my first speakerphone so I was so surprised at the sound quality. I expected it to be good for calls but was not expecting it to be so good for music too. The bass is incredible but not overpowering, so it is like having excellent quality speakers that also have an incredible quality mic attached! I have not had any complaints of echoes in my conference calls and have not encountered any problem thus far. I have not connected by Bluetooth or customised it, but this product is so simple to set up that I am sure it will not be an issue. Overall, no complaints and so in love with this product.

It has changed my online meetings when it comes to sound and clarity. Works well teams app. All use it with my Google home. Since I started using it my clients and work colleagues have been able to hear me better compare to my normal pc speaker when having online meeting. For the price it's going for this item is definitely with having in your office or home office.

Great battery life Ease of charging Functions as a portable battery Option to connect to multiple devices in one go Great sound quality The sound signature is just right for conferencing. The mids and highs are elevated without any distortion and very clear. The low end is there and subtle without producing an over dominating base line.
