Rated 4 out of 5 by Fake Pope from Great laptop! Not that great customer service. After using it for 6 months this laptop works very well for me. It is responsive and fast. Browsing is excellent, it feels really fast. I create in Blender and I never experienced any glitch or slow response by this laptop. CPU on this laptop is a bit stronger for RTX3060 GPU but if you're up to specific tasks like creating or editing, that is a good thing. Even for gaming it is excellent. On most of games I get about 40-50% CPU utilization while GPU is always on 99%. I play games a lot and this laptop is excellent for my needs. Red Dead Redemption 2 about 60-80 FPS on highest settings. It depends how much you interact in the game. PUBG about 70-90 FPS on highest settings. It depends how much you interact. DOTA2 about 144FPS while playing, lobby is about 240FPS. GTA V about 90-120 FPS on highest settings. It is a very fast laptop, I was researching for a month before I bought it and it definitely exceeds my expectation. Would recommend it for gaming and creating. For browsing, college work, presentation, zoom calls and similar activities this laptop is overkill. Which is a good thing, knowing that it will always be super fast. The only problem that I experienced is over heating, but as long as you keep your room cool and have AC running between 71-73F you will be fine. I get about 80-87 Celsius GPU temperature, CPU is always in the 50's or maybe a bit more. When I don't have AC on, it goes above 90 Celsius sometimes. Now, customer service and customer support. When buying a laptop HP has horrible, horrible customer support. They're always trying to sell you things and some of them get rude. If you don't respond on time or if you decide to not buy anything, they get rude sometimes. Always pushy to make you buy something or if you say that you're decided not to buy, they will make you feel guilty for wasting their time asking about the product. It happened to me. I have no idea how would they accept warranty if something happened to my laptop. Communicating with these people is not that great. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this laptop, HP just needs to get serious and tell their agents to don't push people. Would give it 5 stars if customer service was better. Cheers!

I went onto HP's website ordered this product, they handed it off to the carrier, the carrier delivered it within the specified time, everything was in the box when it arrived, and the device runs wonderfully. It is much faster then the product I had before and works well for gaming and video editing. Before you ask, yes I am genuinely happy with the product and yes I have used the internet before. The truth is, I originally ordered a product from a competitor and none of the above happened and I wound up going to HP instead. It is good to see that HP cares about the customer. I would recommend anyone to purchase this computer for that reason alone. Thank you so very much.
