Rated 5 out of 5 by :JQ. from Need for speed I use this for processing astrophotography images, which may include hundreds of images, large file sizes, and complex algorithms. It processes in 25% of the time that my two year old i7 HP with 64 gb RAM. I went with the Ryzen 9 with 24 threads and the max 64gb RAM. A test processed a relatively small project in 13 minutes vs. 52 minutes. Smaller changes while tweaking settings are almost instantaneous. I do not do gaming.

It is great for the flight simulator I installed - rendering of graphic imagery is terrific! The storage is great, as is the overall processing speed and reliability. I'm glad I picked the Omen 40L!
