Rated 5 out of 5 by JPB99 from Perfect Laptop For Me I have had my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw1002nr for about 3 months and it has turned out to be the perfect machine for me. The size, the speed, the backlit keyboard the beautiful screen all in an easy to carry 13 inch form factor has allowed this to be my primary go to laptop for both work and pleasure. If you want speed, ease of use and portability, the HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw1002nr deserves a look.

I am already having issues with the keyboard lighting. Seems to be random when it works and does not. The keyboard tests fail. The size and quality are perfect. HDMI port would really help.

Rated 2 out of 5 by mbg21 from Pretty but Glitchy This is a beautiful laptop. I bought it for its touch screen and 2-in-1 capabilities, and it's performing as expected. Delivery was slow, but the computer itself performs very quickly. I can feel the difference in processing speed, which is more than I can say for other computers I've had. However, a few things to note are that the whole keyboard is skewed to the left by 1 column of keys (HP added del, home, pg up, pg dn, and end to the right) except on the last row, which makes for an awkward typing experience. I'm transitioning from a Mac, and getting used to different hotkeys is challenging enough without having to adjust for my every key on the bottom row being off. The most annoying part of this laptop is that it constantly turns off a bunch of drivers that I have to manually reinstall one by one every few weeks. This becomes a problem because I can't connect my bluetooth keyboard (which I wouldn't need if the keyboard weren't so wonky). I called customer service to help me fix this, and not only did they try to charge me $159 to download the drivers that are available for free on the HP website, but they told me that this "software glitch" isn't covered by the additional warranty that I purchased that only covers hardware. At this price point, I think this is unacceptable and would not recommend this laptop to anyone else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rondress from Disappointed I sent it back. It wouldn't charge right out of the box. It would take to long to purchase replacement. It took 10 days to get my money back. Went to retailer they were showing device. They also would take a week to get. I ended getting other brand.
