Rated 5 out of 5 by Romans838 from Simple and Easy All in One! I was super excited to finally find a good all in one machine. I already owned a laser printer, but really wanted one that could scan and copy. The ability to scan documents is an absolute must in today's "paperless" society. Fantastic Product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by juxtakat from HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e does the job I'll admit, when I received the HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e I was worried it would be very bulky because it weighed a decent amount. I was worried that it would be an eyesore. I was also concerned about the space it would take up and how i would find a space that gave it room for the functions it offers, all while refraining from triggering my ocd when it comes to the feng shui, if you will, of my home, but I was pleasantly surprised at the minimal space it took up. I really like the way they've designed this model. The placement of the trays and whatnot seem to have been carefully thought out for maximum productivity and practicality. The printer was packaged with care and it came with your ink cartridges, some info on a subscription to the ink, and crystal clear instructions on how to both set up and operate. The cartridges were incredibly easy to install. I didn't take advantage of the subscription, which was a free year of ink, because it would have been for the most expensive ink they can offer. Whil, yes, that sounds awesome, I know, to have a year of this quality, name brand ink, for free, I find that these services always complicate ending the subscription or they find a way to limit the quantity or usage. After setting this printer up, which was a breeze, I tried a few basic features such as printing and scanning. I havent tried anything crazy yet, but I'd like to start making some really great resources for my residents at the property I work at, as well as useful tools, such as littlw cheatsheets, to help me remember things in the office. The illuminated panel on the front of this printer makes it more than simple to navigate through all the options & both processes were seamlessly executed. So far, I have printed both, in color and in black and white. The colors are vibrant and smooth. The various hues are captured and displayed very well. The blacks are very rich and defined. The printer connected to the wi-fi with ease and it is super easy to explore every one of the features from your phone. The interface was not glitchy or confusing and it didn't take much time at all to install. I do like that it's not required of you to have the connection in order to use some of the functions. I do with the power cable was a little bit longer and had a bit more flexibility, but that's no issue at all in the broad spectrum of things. Another useless thing I would've liked is for the printer to have been a different color like black or even a fun color

Rated 5 out of 5 by LKDiem from Great home office printer!! I love my new HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e printer. It has everything I need in a home office printer. It is quick, reliable, high-quality, and has many features that make printing easy. I can use bluetooth to print from my phone and it automatically sends me new ink when I need it. You can't go wrong with this printer!

Rated 3 out of 5 by CEV2 from Too many limitations! I have owned HP printers since the early 1990s. This is likely my last HP printer. It will not install without WiFi or direct internet connection; it cannot be installed via the PC. While the sales info states it will operate via USB to the PC, the installation process warns this will only work temporarily. The internet connection through my router is far slower than the direct USB connection. I don't like that HP keeps track of what and when I print. That said, it prints OK.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RayUconn from Almost there, install glitches. I "think" it's a good machine, but had problems installing, it keeps asking permissions for natural printing actions, and giving me messages without resolutions. But to be honest, in the middle of installing, I also had my wifi router upgraded, so had to start all over. I abandoned QuickStart Guide because it just stopped, no message other than 20min of "starting". I already had HPSmart installed, so went there, and found it odd that those instructions differed, esp the order of steps .. but muddled thru. Now, if I could get beyond "your paper tray guides don't match your print request" .. I've pushed and pulled everything! Now for embarrassing confession - I'm a retired IT Mgr, my experience ran the gamut of programmer to running a Data Ctr, and included 3 yrs in computer print, both mainframe and desktop. Some professor time, too. And no, I do not kick machines.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Julieb2 from Frustrating at times Not totally happy with this printer and its connection to my laptop/wifi. Plus there have been times a print job is sent to printer, and then dumps/cancels for no apparent reason. No error codes just it’s an error!!!! Then sometimes it prints s l o w l y.

Rated 3 out of 5 by OfficeJet Pro 8139e from Review of OfficeJet Pro 8139e I am very disappointed in this purchase. It took 3 days and multiple service agents to get the printer going. Then, after several more service agents tried to get the fax going, I was told that a lot of people have trouble with the fax feature and that I should use mobile fax. The agent helped me to send some vital medical records via mobile fax and patiently provided instructions, but I am 82 years old and not technologically savvy, so I am unable to send faxes by myself. The fax feature was one of the reasons for my purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SRGla from Terrible This is a piece of junk. I have spent over a month and innumerable hours on the phone with support trying to get this thing working and it still does not. They are supposed to replace it but who knows how long that will take and then whether the replacement will be the same.Very dissatisfied with the whole experience!
