Technical details
it will not print blue ink. it comes out pink. I have changed the ink cartridges, cleaned the print heads 3 times.
The carriage is stuck to the right side and will NOT move. We have unplugged, shut-down, opened all areas of the cavity available to open without using a screwdriver, and still cannot get the carriage moving. Suggestions???
Can this print without being on internet
I spoke to HP Representative "Lawrence" about my 6968 Printer Error message. He told me to buy a new printer and asked, "Don't you know how technology works?" Is it true that HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer is obsolete? Seems like a waste.

Print work well but scan to computer isn't working. Message says it has been disabled by the administrator. i'm they administrator and i didn't make any changes
