I simple instruction list of similar actions in an easy place to find would be great. I sure hope I have such a thing available when I have to order and add ink!

Very pleasantly surprised that there is hardly any lag/warm-up time to print the first page out of sleep mode which is an issue on many laser printers. Having the tank of toner means that we do not have to worry about running out and a trip to the store. The print speed is amazingly fast and the printer easily cranks out pages for a large print job. One thing I am not crazy about is the paper tray; kind of a weird design and the paper guides feel flimsy. Overall, I really like this printer and am very happy to have it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP NeverStop Review I`ve had my old Dell Printer for a long time, it was time for something new. The HP NeverStop is refreshingly smaller than the old dinosaur. It fit well in the spot I have for it. My documents no longer have to print out into oblivion, sometimes even swooshing under the bed where my old body has a hard time reaching it. My new printer turns sideways and prints into it`s own top area.It prints more quickly than the old one too, and is a lot quieter. I am quite happy with the print quality as well. Truthfully, my home docs look better than what I print at work on my old Samsung.All in all, I am delighted with the HP Never Stop. I feel silly for waiting so long to acquire a new printer. And have been reminder that every time I go with HP, I`ve been very happy with the decision.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy Prineter with Promise The printer was easy to set up, basically ready out of the box and almost effortless to connect to wifi and associated apps. It occupies a small footprint while having the power of a regular monochrome laser printer. Lights clearly indicate the status of the machine and printing flowed smoothly and efficiently. What I liked best is that this printer (unlike ones that I have tried before) connected smoothly to mobile devices (such as my iPhone) and printed from them without any problem, including in a reliable manner over about ten days of testing. The connection was never dropped and the device never had to be reset up. Throughout instructions were clear and just in time. Assembly was minimal and easy to do. There is a unique feature that allows the toner to be added to the printer without having to buy a new cartridge or drum. What is even nicer is that the lights will indicate when one or two containers of toner should be added, leaving space to add after getting the first warning before you are entirely out of toner. The printer comes with enough toner to last thousands of pages, so, unfortunately, I have not got to the point of needing to add toner but the process appears to be easy.While overall this printer meets my expectations and appears to be a quality product, there was one area that I felt could be improved. The plastic guides and the overall design of the paper tray leave me wondering whether this will be as durable as the rest of the machine.As an overall impression, this seems to be a solid contribution to printing by HP and offers some old features that work better than on previous laser printers and some new ones that have promise.

Right out of the box, setting it up is intuitive (all the pacing tape that you need to remove is orange, so easy), which is great because the paper setup manual is only a few pages and directs you to the hp website (which links you to the app store), or you can scan the QR code.Once downloaded, the app walks you through the set up process, which is, again, easy. The only thing I had an issue with, is that the printer can only be connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and mine is 5 GHz. No problem! The printer comes with a USB cable, which I used by connecting it directly to my computer.The app is the go-to resource for the printer. Here you can print, keep an eye on supply levels, order supplies, access Help and access your printer setting. There is also a Smart Tasks feature that you can register for which can help bring your work to another level by creating shortcuts, managing documents and more.This printer does not scan and is black and white printing only. For my office and art needs, this works great. The prints are lightning fast and crisp. The machine does make an amount of noice comparable to other work printers I`ve had, but has less of mechanical whirring and grinding than every other machine I have used. It is a heavy duty machine and can take large print jobs and complete them in a fraction of the time than I am used to.This machine can also print images. Graphics are great, and some lower res photos look great. I only printed on regular white paper.A reference guide also comes with this machine that helps you get to know the printer control panel and how to solve wireless issues, but again, the app will be where you will be doing most of the monitoring. The phone app works just as great as the desktop.This might sound silly, but one of my favorite features is the cover that goes over the edge of the paper tray. It gives the machine a cleaner look (already modern in a simple, square way without any unnecessary parts). The only thing that would make me like this machine more, is if there were a cover for the tray the prints come out on. Just for dust and to make a more streamlined desk look.

Prints good and fast, and was easy to connect to my computer. It doesn`t take up a lot of space. Print wuality is good, again - I don`t notice it so that is good.

This HP B/W laser printer is a good fit for our needs, I really like the large toner level indicator on front panel so you know when to add toner, it also prints quickly and is quiet, very happy with our purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HP Neverstop Laser printer Large printer if you don`t have an office or space. It is not something I want setting out to look at everyday. However besides that great product. Set up was very easy. I had my son as a back up but I was able to do the set up by myself with no issues. Print quality is good for out family. It is sharp and crisp. Speed is fast. Able to hold as lot of paper. We have used it for school work (College and Jr high) and simple things for the household such as recipes or calendars. Out of all printers I have bought or use this one from HP is my favorite. Looking forward to seeing what else I can do with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Home Printer I was in need of a printer for home office use and this was just what I needed. Removing the product from the box was straight forward and it assembled rather quickly. After installing the app on my laptop, when I plugged in the included USB cable it was recognized almost immediately and installed and ready to use in minutes. I like the color, easily blends with any decor, its rather large for a desk printer but with the wi-fi connection you can place the printer anywhere and print documents. You can also connect other devices such as a smartphone etc. The printer small touch screen control panel that is easy to understand, there is also a visual indicator on the toner levels. I can`t speak on the refill of the toner, as the reservoir came already full. I`ve used similar printers and this one is about average, although it only prints in B&W I printed a couple photos and the quality was fairly decent. Another thing I liked was how the paper tray comes with a cover, makes it look cleaner when sitting on a desk. Overall I was satisfied with this printer and consider it an entry level machine, it doesn`t have a scanner or print in color and is a bit noisy but outside of that it performed well for the various tasks that I threw at the printer.

My husband was out of town so I tasked myself with putting it together and getting it up and running. I opened the box and it was not difficult to set up as there was no real assembly. This was VERY helpful to me as I often struggle with assembling things. The direction were fairly easy to understand and I did not have any issue connecting it to my wifi. I do not have a full room for an office, so we use the hallway which does not allow for a lot of room. This printer was the perfect size because it is compact and does not take up a lot of space. The first thing I did was print out some paperwork and was shocked at how quickly it printed and how quietly. My old printer was so loud that I would have to print while my children were awake. I have not encountered any issues with the printer itself as of yet. My biggest issue was trying to register it and that was the HP website. My husband came home last night and had to print something and was shocked with how well and how quickly it printed his documents. I only wish that it had the ability to print it color as I do need to do that occasionally.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and Easy I wanted a product that could withstand printing a high volume of black and white documents really fast.Once this product was out of the box it was only a matter of minutes before it was up and running. The directions were easy to follow and setup was simple.I was able to set up this printer to multiple devices using the app. I was finished printing 200 pages in less than 10 minutes.I loved how fast the documents printed and instantly was nostalgic when the paper came out warm to touch, just like the commercial printers I would use in large offices. Overall, I would definitely use this model printer over other home printer options when needing to print a large amount of black and white documents because it was very easy and fast to accomplish this task.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a Good Buy This product is inferior to the older HP Laserjet 1320 that I used for more than a dozen years. That unit had true double sided printing. This new printer says it has double sided printing but you have to print on one side then take the printed pages and place them back in the paper tray to print the other side. Had I known this I would not have purchased this unit.

What's the difference between the minimum system requirements and the compatible OS list? I have the minimum requirements met (El Capitan OS 10.11), but that's not on the compatible list.. Does this mean that this printer will not work for me
