Awesome laptop
The most affordable laptop I have seen that covers pretty much every feature. I was able to AMD Ryzen 7 processor, 8gb RAM, 500gb SSD, and a pen... all for under $1k!!!

Speed, resolution and ease of operation

great laptop
I bought this laptop primarily to add portability for zoom with the family. I am a senior and came to computers only in the past 20 years. I have built 2 desktops and have tinkered with every other computer I have bought. This one is not designed for easy tinkering (soldered RAM, hard to open case) and I selected all of the available options I thought I would want for the future. That includes 16 GB RAM, 400 nit screen, 512 GB SSD, Ryzen 7 CPU for a change from the usual Intel.. It is thin and good-looking and pretty dense. The screen has a very sharp image and can be made very bright. Wifi reaches the limit of my modem at 140mbps download. I have not really used the touch screen for photo editing yet. I have not made careful observations of the battery life. I was surprised the battery can not be removed by the user which may give a clue how long it has been since I bought a laptop. Runs fast and well. The price was reasonable for the features. I have attached a USB3.0 and ethernet accessory although I have not needed to use the ethernet. It connects to my TV with HDMI with perfect video and audio. I am pleased with it and glad I bought it.

Great features! Touchscreen, convertible, custom
I bought this a few weeks ago and am so pleased with the features. I was able to customize it snd brung the internal specs up to that if an Omen in most aspects. This allowed me to take advantage of the convertible feature as well and keep the cost lower.

Very fast and responsive.
Purchased this laptop a couple days ago but so far impressive for the cost. Love the backlit keyboard so easy to read in dim light. Do wish it had side numeric pad but this style has speakers on top. WIFI is excellent and speedy. Love that it comes with finger print login and camera shutter for security.

Good laptop
Really nice laptop. Sleek professional design, smooth material, keyboard feels nice, fingerprint works super quick, and it turns on and off very quickly.
Some cons though.
The laptop was slow the first few days I got it.
When using excel next to another program in a group, cell selections are often off of the mouse buy an inch or two.
Internet connection randomly disconnects and a troubleshoot is required.
Connecting my AirPods is like a game of Russian roulette. It’s a hassle and only works 5% of the time (maybe that’s an exaggeration).
Unable to connect the laptop to my smart TV.
Crashed when I tried to reconnect the internet after it randomly cut off.
For its price, I’m willing to put up with these problems.

Quality Laptop at Affordable Price
I purchased a HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop - 15z-eu000 touch computer with the new Windows 11. Technically, this is the most advanced laptop I have ever own. The computer's metal housing is strong and solid that offers protection for the superb 15.6" diagonal FHD display and internal electronics. Because the laptop is black, a back lit keyboard is an absolute must. The AMD Ryzen 5 is more than sufficient to handle complex and sizeable Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. I never owned a convertible laptop before. I really like the tablet configuration and the MPP2.0 Tilt pen that came with device. Wish there was one more SS USB Type A input.

Love it, it's super quick. However, when I received it, I had to uninstall several pre-installed apps to figure out which one was causing an error message (it was Microsoft Teams).. It doesn't always pick up my wifi signal, so I have to restart it. But I love everything else.

Hi. Enjoying my laptop. I mostly use it for note taking for my studies. Like the magnets for the stylus added in tablet and laptop modes. Things to consider is battery time seemed little shorter than I expected.

Nice Laptop with Good Specs and Nice Build Quality
Nice laptop... good build quality and decent value. Had a few issues with the touchscreen and a BSOD early, but has been okay since. Bought this because I had stability issues with another brand, and hoping this one holds up well over time!

No buttons on mouse pad
The only thing I don't like about my new computer is when you have your finger on one of the buttons on the mouse pad and you take your finger off the cursor moves all over the place so when you put your finger back on The mouse pad you are actually clicking where the cursor is and it's not where you wanted it to be so every time you put your finger on the button on the mouse pad it is just like clicking the most pad with your finger. I really really don't like that. I'm thinking about turning the mouse pad off completely. Is there a way I can deactivate the buttons on the mouse pad or stop them being sensitive to my finger.

Good hardware.
I like the notebook, but the touchpad is frustrating. It hangs when I move the curser and I have to wait for it to catch up. I'm not a big fan win 11, I find it hard to use and difficult to find things. moving back to win 10 is out of the question. I also dislike the way Microsoft deals with the browser. I HATE EDGE, it's a pig.

The Good and Bad
The features that I love about this laptop is the lighted keyboard, clarity of screen, and flexible uses. I do not like that there is no mouse buttons or way to "right click". I have to use keyboard shortcuts to cut, copy, paste, etc. and I am not familiar with them.

Great Laptop
So far so good! It's been around a month and it works swiftly. Only complaint is that there are small glitches from time to time that would be strange to experience in a brand new laptop. But overall nothing too major and unfixable. Still a wonderful laptop that I use everyday as a a graphic design major

Absolutely love this laptop! A few minor flaws
Was in the market for a new machine since my 2013 macbook pro was becoming outdated.
I recently built a PC with a Ryzen chip and absolutely adore it so I decided to find a laptop with similar specs since I day trade and need a portable computer when I am traveling. . For reference I went with the 5700u CPU, 16 GB ram, and 400 nit screen.
Overall this a beautiful machine that performs well, the only negatives are
1.) The wifi sometimes disconnects and requires a restart to fix. You can not turn it on/off since no networks are found
2.) The colors on the screen could be crisper
3.) 720P camera only
I believe if HP fixes these issues, this laptop would be a huge hit. Overall, very happy with my purchase as the positives outweigh the negatives.

Great laptop
I would say the only flaw with my laptop would be that it over heats really easily like if I’m playing a game. It would get so hot my legs would start to burn. Ive connected it to my tv for dual monitors on my desk. So I don't deal with this problem anymore. Overall much faster than my old laptop and worth the money.

Works great, quiet speakers
I bought this a couple months ago and it's served me really well so far! I've been able to run code on GB-sized datasets as well as play some games, including Civilization VI which would never run on my old laptop. My only complaint is that the speakers are really quiet - more so for some programs than for others. It's hard to watch TV on my laptop because of the volume issue, and I also have trouble in Zoom meetings sometimes.

So far so good...
As an amateur developer, I like this laptop, which is a significant upgrade from my 2012 machine. So far I have not tried anything it cannot do.
The build quality is mostly great, although the lower portion of the computer is warped slightly. The touchscreen works excellently, and any associated hiccups ate from mysrlf being unacustomed to the new technology.
A good laptop, very capable :)

Very good laptop
I've had it for about a month now, so far I've had very little problems with it. Before I move on, I want to note that I upgraded this to 400 nit screen, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB storage.
The display is very nice and much better than my old Dell Inspiron 15 (2013). The screen is quite large and takes great advantage of the space available. It is also glossy so there is glare even at full brightness during sunny days (indoors in a home setting) and it gets smudgy.
The sound is good quality, but it's hard to hear when it's in tent mode. I've noticed in tent mode I need to increase the volume by a lot (from 30 to 42 for example). In tent mode, when the laptop falls asleep I have to configure it back as a standard laptop to press the power button or any of the keys to wake it up. The keyboard is not activated in tent mode, for obvious reasons, but that means I can't use the volume keys in tent mode.
On my Acer Chromebook, the power button and an extra volume key are on the side of it, making tent mode much more enjoyable to use. I wish this was so for the Envy x360.
I'm able to use a 3D CAD software (Siemen NX) with no lag and without a big heating problem. It may get uncomfortably warm but not hot. Also note that in CAD I've only done simple parts so perhaps the heating may be different with more complicated work.
When I first turned it on, it did get hot after a few minutes but so far that hasn't happened again.
There's barely any bloatware, they were pinned to the taskbar but I was able to unpin them and unistall some of it.
The keyboard is firm to the touch and feels nice to type on. The keyboard backlite only activate if you're actively using the laptop, if you're just watching a video (for example) the backlite stays off.
I have not tested the pen so I can't review it. Though I will say it comes with 2 extra nibs, but they are not in a small bag and instead stored in the same box the pen is in so when you pull out the pen, make sure you don't drop and lose the nibs. The pen does stick to the right side via magnet. I can shake the laptop without the pen moving even a centimeter.
Overall I'm enjoying this laptop and have no regrets on my purchase.
