The game graphics have improved so much that I have had to buy computers with more ram to keep up. I thought this system would be just what I needed but have been disappointed. It is better than what I had but still freezes up occasionally and does so when I am in a battle with a large group. I have to close the game and start it over to sometimes find my dead body! lol Just not quite what I hoped for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tennisie from Full featured Screen is bright and surface is edge-to-edge, but edge pixels hidden if screen too close. On screen display control for brightness is atrocious - I recommend f.lux instead. Fast processor and memory, but system regularly hangs and fan goes to 100%.

Rated 1 out of 5 by bcw8eygof8uyb from Brand new, annoying ticking sound and getting wors System delivered from Best Buy in box that had obviously been dropped. UPS driver noted damage in her report. I should not have accepted the delivery. Upon opening, computer looked ok, did have minor start-up glitch. I noticed annoying tick tick tick sound but it was very quiet and as I needed system for work and didn't want to mess with getting it to BB for repair, I decided to live with it. 6 months in, the sound is very loud, super annoying, occurs upon start-up and has gotten worse. Happens even with only 3% CPU usage and nothing running. So gotta lug this junk to BB and be without an almost $2000 system.

I like the way these HPs are designed as all-purpose desk-top machines, able to perform at a business- and home-use standard, and at a reasonable price (before add-ons). There is just enough basic glitz to separate them from the herd. The 31.5" screen might be over-kill. 28-30" is the sweet spot for me.

It helps that the large screen is very high resolution and accurate color. The built-in modem allows for great streaming with truly great sound. Very happy with this purchase

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed Dad from Gorgeous machine - when it works My son wanted an all-in-one for distance learning and based on reviews, I purchased this one. It is a gorgeous machine, beautiful screen, nice sound, fast. I had intermittent stability issues since the beginning, crashing maybe once or twice a week. It always passed hardware diagnostics, so I attributed it to driver problems, assuming they would eventually settle down. It recently crashed hard and would not boot into Windows. After spending a good part of a weekend doing a clean install, it crashed several times, and technical support said that I should return the machine for hardware replacement. Instead of the usual 7-10 business days, however, I just found out it will take TWO MONTHS to get a replacement unit. I find this unacceptable for such an expensive piece of hardware. If you get a machine that works, then you will love it. If, like me, you get one that is buggy, then expect frustration and delays. Based on my hardware and repair experience, I cannot recommend this system or HP.
